I started shopping here roughly four years ago, when I moved to Chilliwack, and they are my favourite health store! Small but PACKED with the best products, while simultaneously not cramped and always clean. Katie has been particularly helpful and knowledgeable, but honestly, everyone who works here is great.

I’ve been going to Sardis Health Food Store for years. Staff have always been friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.
There are tons of supplements, a small section of groceries that cater to gluten free and vegan supplies and a good section of spices, baking products, and snacks.

The door does not have an accessible button and the store could possibly be difficult to maneuver.

These guys have the most complete supplement shop in chilliwack, fermented apple cider capsules are my favorite and much more they have to offer. Mostly natural and if you want to know more they will also give you free information on their products and how it can benefit your health. Such a store needs another branch in town. I will definitely go back for my future supplement purchases.

Staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Selection is ok but I'm living a keto lifestyle so I'm happy they have as much selection as they do! I do find some things are very overpriced. I just try to buy those elsewhere.

I recently stopped in to investigate any remedy I could find to help deal with my (new onset of) Tinnitus /

The Staff were welcoming and most helpful and I also met “Eva” who took the time to explain my issue and some possible relief with a Product they carried /

She did not try to upsell or pressure me in any way and in fact, strongly recommended that I consult with my Family Doctor before trying this off-the shelf Product /
