My boyfriend has size 17 feet and required a 34cm ski boot. We only had two weeks to find them (if they even existed) before we would have a cabin ski trip with our friends, if he would be able to be able to participate.
I called the shop and reached Colin, who helped me by looking into their stock and calling their sales reps to see if he could track down such a niche size. One of the most important details is that I live all the way in the NW of the U.S.
In the span of just three days, the boots had been tracked down and the order was complete and on its way. After locating the only pair within their shop, Colin sent me measurements of the insole, comparing it to a New Balance running shoe insole for our reference. A very smart move to ensure that we would have a good basis of comparison since we would be shipping all the way to another country.
After our confirmation of interest, Colin immediately looked into advanced tracking options at the nearby post office, and was able to get back to me the same day with some shipping quotes and estimated delivery dates.
Wayne followed up with me to confirm the payment and shipment details, and also exhibited the utmost hospitality and kindness.

Their team impressively managed to ship the boots to us with ample time for my partner to be able to join the ski weekend (and ski for his very first time)!

i had spent a few days scouring the internet to find a good deal on a particular bike my wife was interested in. i did not have much luck with you average run of the mill big suppliers. i had stumbled upon sas-kam, and figured why not send an email. i was unsure about anyone even working in these beer bug times. but to my delight i was answered within 20 minutes. then had a quick phone call. and just like that my bike that was in store was being disassembled and shipped to my house in ontario. Wayne was wonderful to deal with and i felt went over and above what i would normally expect for customer service. Wayne did all the leg work for shipping and within 4 days (today) the bike was at my door, and my wife is riding this evening. a big thank you! also i had some issues on my end with figuring out the tracking. not to worry wayne also took care of that with frequent updates. I HIGHLY reccomend sas-kam for your next bike purchase and cycling needs. the prices are fair and the service is second to none. Thanks again wayne.
