Extremely disappointed with an engraving order.
It wasn't what I ordered, and there are all kinds of scrapes in the metal that they exposed.
When I dropped it off the lady was super excited to tell me how much less expensive than everyone else she was, and I was shown why today.
The design was wrong, an extra symbol was added that I did NOT want, and a whole word was excluded. The guy who was there today was "well she wrote it down". And my reply "well she got it wrong". Nothing close to an apology, not even a mumble of it.
Its a cute store, that I've spent a lot of money in. They should have confirmed a design with me, she should have taken better notes. She got it wrong, scratched the metal and not even a hint of an apology.
I 100% recommend going elsewhere for your engraving needs.

Great people and amazing custom work! I got a hat with a custom patch and it turned out perfect! Definitely recommend this place for custom work and all the awesome stuff in their shop made by people locally as well 🙂

Best shopping ever. Anything and everything that you want can be found here. It’s my favourite place to go from jewelry to cat toys to treats made from chocolate. Owners are great. Rarely a week goes by that I don’t shop here. It’s great for cards.
