I was in town for an outdoor wedding and checked the weather that day to discover it was going to be quite hot. Popped in
to get a shirt sleeve dress shirt to wear with my suit. I immediately received help, advice and a number of options to try on. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a great shirt. My only regret is I couldn’t stick around to shop for more items as their style and selection of menswear looked exceptional

Good selection, staff were friendly, helpful and supportive (no pushing, no upsell, just good service). I got a new suit that I liked and a dress shirt (both with adjustments/tailoring).

The experience was so great I look forward to coming again seasonally to see what is new that has come in since.

Staff wise Nick helped me but there were a few other friendly gents that were friendly and engaging.

Amazing service!!! We arrived in Burlington after a couple hour drive when I discovered I forgot my garment bag with the clothing for a special dinner that evening. We drove directly to Scriveners and within an hour David outfitted me with a jacket, pants and shirt. Most impressively, we returned a short time later to pick up everything - alterations were done and the shirt was freshly pressed. Thank you for bailing me out, David!

I have been shopping at Scriveners for 13 year's. Never once have I had a bad experience. The Alecia who said the she and her husband were ignored might have been in the wrong store. Lou and Dan have gone out of their way to help me from jeans to sport jackets. As for the lady who said they wouldn't let her husband try on a shirt is in my opinion is just wrong. Lou Dan or staff who undid countless shirts over the years. I f you are looking for quality , this is the place. It is a bit pricy so be prepared or go to Moore's and good luck with that

Scrivener’s Men’s store are not only fashion forward carrying excellent quality products, their customer service is second to none. I appreciate that they keep a file for my husband which made it so easy to pop in on short notice and get the right sizes and styles. Plus to go above and beyond, I called ahead and arrived to a selection of shirts to choose from in his size and style. I can’t thank the men working in the store enough for their consistent friendliness, smiles and professionalism each time we come in to shop. Highly recommend.

Terrible service! My husband and I made a special trip to this store as my husband needed an ivory shirt for a family members wedding. No one said hello or even acknowledged us. We stood in the store waiting as at least one of the employee was helping a customer. When he did acknowledge us he said they would need to order the shirt (which is fine) and measured my husband for size. He then opened a drawer and showed my husband what the shirt would be like but didn’t pull out the right size or offer to let him try it on. We said we needed it for a wedding in 2 weeks. Who doesn’t let someone try on a shirt to confirm they like the cut of the shirt before they order it. He didn’t even tell us what the cut of the shirt was yet an older gentleman who was shopping was told all the styles of shirts and options they have and was trying them on. This shirt was over $200 and he didn’t even offer to let my husband try on the shirt in another colour to confirm he liked it. We made a special trip with my 15month old baby and I am very disappointed. This is an expensive store and I feel we were judged based on our appearance. Just so you know we would have been happy to spend the money at your store but instead I will spend it elsewhere and make sure we share our experience with others so they don’t waste their time.
