Went to Scrubs Kelowna for the 1st time today! My friend recommended it to me as she bought some stuff the other day, and Dawn was so friendly and helpful with what I needed! She knew exactly what to get and what would fit me perfectly. I was genuinely surprised by how quick I found the things I want. The place is nice, well-kept with tons of scrubs and other accessories. Super happy with my purchase, will be coming back for any future needs. Thanks Dawn ☺️

New to the healthcare field and I couldn't have chosen a better place to get my first few pairs of scrubs ! Dawn was so incredibly helpful and kind. Huge selection of brands , styles and colors. Drove from Vernon and it was well worth the drive! Can't wait to stop back in and get some more stuff soon

My yearly trip to Kelowna is not complete without a stop at Scrubs Kelowna! What a fantastic selection of merchandise but the best part of this store is Dawn. She is knowledgeable about the products she sells and makes shopping fun. Thank you Dawn for helping this northern girl look good at work.

My mom and I went here to pick out a few things for my dad for Christmas. Dawn’s customer service is lovely. She went above and beyond to find a specific sized pant for my dad. Her store has lots of variety, colours, and sizes to choose from. It was a great visit overall. I am happy my mom and I met you Dawn! We will be back!

New owner is lovely! Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the selection. I needed tall pants with slim fit, and the owner promptly provided me a selection to try on - and three brands ended up being a great fit, which I was pleasantly surprised by because I had not been successful finding something that looked flattering on me at the Uniform shop, Lululemon, or at the mall. Prices were great too! Wish I knew about this place sooner; love supporting local small business 🙂

I had a great experience with the new owner. In July I made a trip into the store and she was super helpful picking out styles for me. She even recommended my new favorite style of scrubs!
A month later I had been wanting another pair but I wasn't making a trip to kelowna any time soon. She was willing to ship them to me. The process was seamless and once they shipped I had them in 2 days 😁
