Excellent. I saw some reviews that left me wondering if this was a good or bad place but I had a great experience. I was greeted and helped immediately when I arrived and my prescription was filled within 10 minutes or less. (Faster than I could go buy a take home pizza next-door. ). The pharmacist came to the cashier to give me a bit of information and answered my questions. Could not have been a better experience. They also have some other neat stuff in the store.

This is a family-run business with staff and pharmacists who really care. I have consistently had positive experiences with staff, owners and pharmacists. Just today the pharmacist went out of her way to check in with me and make sure I'm getting the prescription that works best for me.

This pharmacy was very convenient for me as I live directly across the road. I went there with good intentions of supporting a local business. However, it was always extremely busy and although I have no complaints about the pharmacist, the staff left something to be desired. In the main, they always seemed totally confused and discombobulated about anything. You ask them a questions and they would then disappear on you and leave you standing there with no answer. The last straw came when one of my prescriptions was divided because they did not have enough pills of a certain type. I was told to pay in full and then come back when they had the rest and just pick them up. Fine, I thought. When I went to pick the balance up I was told I had not paid for them and they demanded payment once again. I even had the proof of payment with "PAID IN FULL" written by themselves on top of the prescription receipt. Then they tried to tell me I had picked up the balance already on a certain date and that these were "new" pills. I wasn't even in town on that certain date. All in all, a horrible and very upsetting experience and I will never go back !! So, to anyone else, forewarned is forearmed.

I've been getting my prescriptions from Ken for almost 3 years and it has been wonderfully stress free compared to most other pharmacies I've experienced. Service is fast, informative and friendly and they always keep me informed of any changes in the availability of my prescriptions. The Medicine Shoppe is the only pharmacy I go to any more!

The owner who rides his bike daily to work has been nothing but patient, helpful, and kind. However, I must wholeheartedly agree with the review below. The woman by the name of S... was incredibly rude, short, and condescending. Clearly they must be aware of her behaviour and her treatment of customers. Just an incredibly unpleasant individual to interact with. I will not return again and suggest to those experiencing the same treatment by this individual to document in online with a review so that it can be addressed as it affects others adversely who do not deserve it.

WE are fortunate to have this great little pharmacy; a really nice blend of holistic products (skin, haircare, supplements etc) and over the counter drugs at prices that are LESS than London Drugs/Rexall ! Really nice service with a personal touch as well.
