My MIL purchased a purse last week. It was not cheap. She spent over $50. The top part has started to pull apart. I called to see if she could exchange is at the very least. There is no exchanges or refunds. Save yourself time and money and shop at Winners were you can always exchange product. We definitely will not be returning.

November 13th 2024. Greeted by Brenda, very positive attitude and always working when we come in. Kalinda seemed very stressed. Brenda was assisting two ladies at the front counter, Kalinda was not busy, Brenda asked Kalinda if she could assist the other two ladies that were patiently waiting to make a purchase as were we behind them. Kalinda was snappy to say “I’m here to help if you tell me what to do”, but took her time to put some other clothes away and sigh instead of helping customers, it was slightly embarrassing. Brenda asked if she could assist us, we let her know to take her time and help the other ladies first.

We really like this store and the ladies in it. The product is great but we hope the stress goes down, maybe Kalinda needs a day off.
We would also like to see receipts given when money is picked up for consigned clothes. First consignment store we’ve been to that doesn’t do this, just something to consider.

The lady that greeted me was friendly and helpful. She explained the sale prices, what was new and what was used. What she DIDN'T tell me was that there were no exchanges or refunds and to try it on before i bought it. I spent $30+ for something I cannot wear and cannot exchange. That's a fail in my books!😡

Took several very high end pieces of clothing in there with high hopes of getting something for them. After several months called in and oh no nothing had sold. So I waited another several months and just called again and was told I had $12.30 on file. Are you kidding me. The one dress I took in had been worn twice and it was over 200$ new. Another top I took in was brand new beautiful black top with little side cutout with sparkles. Very much in style and a 80$ new.
So I called back to see if I could get my stuff back but of course I can’t. Well apparently they have over 3000 vendors with a storeroom full of stuff.
So excuse is “Oh we probably have not put your stuff out yet”
After nearly 10 months NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I wish I had taken my things to the woman’s shelter rather than to a place that is getting rich off of the people who trusted them.
My recommendation is take
Your things to Women’s Shelter or Salvation Army store where someone in need will benefit

Would never recommend this Store. Feeling very ripped off.

Really strange store. We were greeted when we came in but other than that, the staff ignored us. Odd blend of new and used clothes and confusing as to which was which. For a thrift store, the prices were very high and not worth it. The home decor section very small and the store should not be advertised as "women's clothing and home decor" when there is hardly any decor. Atmosphere was not great. Aside from that, they had a large selection for such a small store which was good but generally not worth it and would not recommend.

Just found this store today. I was surprised about how many wonderful things are in the store. Great selection of both new and barely used items. I not only found what I came in for but alot more. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved that I was able to try on the clothes to make sure that they fit well. Ladies gave honest opinion on how everything looked and was happy to put away my discards. I was amazed at how little I spent for my bag full of clothes. I even found a gift for my husband in the home decor section. My experience was so wonderful this will be my new go to store! Thank you so much Ladies! Can't wait to see you again soon!

I have gone to this store from the old place to the new location and still the same service , no one is helpful at all it’s almost like they ignore you and only help certain people , maybe I don’t look like the right type of customer whatever that may be , and I find them very overpriced, will never recommend this place

This is the BEST kept secret in Red Deer for women's clothing as far as I'm concerned ! I
The quality of clothing is crazy good, the prices are literally AMAZING and the atmosphere is awesome.
I suffer from social anxiety sometimes especially when I'm trying to shop for clothing for myself, but the women that work here make it feel like you're just at a gal pals doing a fashion show.
10 out of 10 recommend
