We are thoroughly disappointed in the actions of who runs the store and the precarious placement of things in the store, which caused a very bad experience yesterday for us. Yesterday my husband went into the store and asked the very nice lady at the counter where to find a bathroom scale. He went to the back and grabbed one and , came back to the till realizing then it wasn’t the right item he went back to get the correct one. In the store to go front to back there is a narrow hallway , they keep things on both sides precariously placed. On the second trip back to the counter he bumped into a large basket , sitting on a micowave plate ( the ones with bumps on the bottom) which was sitting on a rolling plastic drawer cart. The basket had breakable eggs inside When it fell the eggs broke , he even swept up the broken eggs , apologized and was told rudely he had to pay $21 for the eggs. Which he did pay for. Now firstly the placement of something containing breakable items isn’t a smart choice to be in the hallway , which if anyone has been there can attest to. The whole back part of the store is a nightmare to navigate , I cannot go
In safely with my walker which is why he was there for me. Secondly to require someone to pay for an accident is not customer service friendly. Especially as he didn’t leave the store once it happened, he stayed to clean his mess up. I can’t say enough that we will be sharing our experiences with as many that will listen . If I could have walked into the store ( again not handicap friendly) I would have asked how this is acceptable yesterday .

Popped in on the way back to Saskatchewan from Edmonton. Very friendly staff and a store full of a variety of second hand clothes and household items. Good pricing for the products.

Jay must be a perfect human being who’s never made bad decisions because she doesn’t treat people who’ve made a bad decision very well. I used to be her best customer, but not anymore. And her prices are way too high for a thrift shop.

So I used to shop here and their prices started going up and up and up, I quit going there because I can buy most things brand new for their prices and they won't let you return anything whereas I can return what I buy brand new to the store...I really liked this store but can't afford to shop there anymore.

Second hand and on commission store, tons of stock and far larger than I had expected. Neatly kept store, staff close by and friendly. Prices seemed fair.
