My favorite dispensary, I go out of my way to come here. Every single staff I've encountered has seriously been so friendly and knowledgeable.
The prices for flower are extremely well priced and they always have a wide selection. Same with concentrates, accessories etc. They're always approachable and have no problem answering any questions you have.
The decor and atmosphere are also what bring me back. It feels cozy and welcoming and not like you're in a bright fluorescent fishbowl. 10/10

I was there just before close tonight and boy did they have their hands full! The customer before me was incredibly rude to the staff when they informed him there was only five minutes left for them to be able to serve everyone in store. His response was entirely uncalled for but I feel the ladies handled the situation rather professionally and with more patience than I would have.

This is my favorite shop with the best prices and friendly knowledgable staff. Those girls deserve a raise!

I was very disappointed in the customer service here and won’t be returning. I am 23, came in with a passport a little over a year old. Lady behind the counter asked for another and I was like “absolutely!”, ran and grabbed it for her. Then she’s like pouring over my ID and calling her manager/another staff over and starts talking all quietly. I’m standing there feeling so awkward and nervous…then we realize it’s because she can’t add up her years properly? And then didn’t apologize but says “it’s cause you have an old passport” She also kept calling me “babe” in every.single.sentence condescendingly.
I’ve shopped at this store before and didn’t have this, and it was just the overall horrible vibes coming from her that left me with a gross feeling. I don’t usually get ID’ed so especially after the passport, it seemed like she was just trying to screw me for absolutely no reason. From my personal experience it looked like the typical older woman mean resentment, but it reflected on the business poorly for me.

Love going into this location all of the girls are so helpful and nice. The energy when Amy is in the store is incredible, she is incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and she is super quick on her feet!

I cannot believe I am writing this review. I have been spending a couple hundred of dollars a month here for the last 18 months, all on delivery. All was fine up until now.

I have a daycare across the street. When it's open, I normally request that they park a bit away from it (because they have a giant weed car) to respect the children playing outside, and to give me a call so I know they are there. Up until today I would normally run out to meet them because I felt bad about making them walk after asking them to park farther.

After placing my order today, I got a call from the manager, stating that their head office now requires them to delivery to the property of the order placed. I said sure no problem, if they want to park down the street still and give me a call (because there are children playing outside my house) that they are more than welcome to walk onto my property and ill meet them at the entrance.

When my delivery got there, I waited for the call. I didn't get one, and because I was in the middle of something and only had a minute, I went outside from my basement suite entrance (because i don't have access to the upper entrance). When I went outside, I saw the car parked directly infront of my house, infront of plain view of the daycare with children, and no driver in the seat.

So I went around to the other entrance, and the delivery person was at the door. They asked if i was who i was and i said yes, and started walking towards them. as i start walking towards them, they put their hand to my face and say " i dont know who you are you came up behind me i need ID ", which was incredibly rude. ( i HAD to come behind them because they didn't call me so i could tell them to come to the suite entrance).

flabbergasted by the sudden aggression, i reach out of my pocket and go to hand her my ID, when suddenly, she assumes i'm trying to grab the delivery bag out of her hand, and starts backing up and ripping her hand away from me saying loudly " are you trying to grab the bag dont do that i need your ID "

this whole encounter left me incredibly uncomfortable and shaken. this whole thing could've been avoided if they followed the simple instructions to call me. lost a loyal customer.

CRAPPY ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM, GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER, PEOPLE. Build your business in the middle of nowhere, offer delivery, but payments never go through, and it always takes days for money to come back.
