Merci Sephora pour avoir des employés française. C'est bien apprécié et je crois qu'il y en avait beaucoup de Français mercredi alors j'aimerais beaucoup remercier France!! Elle connaît bien les produits elle m'a recommandé Peter Thomas instant firm eye. Wow!!!! Ca fonctionne!! En tout cas merci, j'aime pas magasiner et puis tout celles qui travaillaient sont très bien entraînés pour s'assurer que tout le monde soit bien servi alors je trouve que c'est vraiment une bonne entreprise! Je reviens certains après mes vacances!

Sarah, the current manager, was soooo awesome and amazing with helping through the store. She was very cute and all the employees are very nice and helpful. All the employees knew exactly what we were looking for and were able to recommend amazing products. Sarah went above and beyond to help and was truly amazing. Wonderful experience!!!! With help from Sarah the manager my birthday shopping was truly exhilarating. Sarah was very knowledgeable, her knowledge of the product made it very easy to make the right choices. Not forgetting the rest of the staff they were very helpful too.

Review for Sephora at the New Subway Shopping Center

I usually only write positive reviews because I believe in supporting businesses, but I felt compelled to share my experience from Sunday, October 27th, at the new Sephora in the Subway Shopping Center.

I was truly appalled by the amount of dust on every single display and product. It wasn’t just one section; it was everywhere! As someone who has been in the beauty and fashion industry for over 30 years, I know how important presentation is, especially when it comes to selling skincare and perfume.

While I appreciate that at least seven employees asked if I needed help, it became quite annoying. I wanted to let them know that, while their intentions were good, they should take a moment to look around and start cleaning. There’s nothing worse than being ready to spend your hard-earned money only to find dusty products.

I ended up putting my basket down and leaving the store. I worry about the management and whether corporate is aware of the state of the store. If they were to visit, I can only imagine the consequences.

I do like our local Sephora; it’s not too big and carries a decent selection of products. The staff is generally very nice. However, if I’m expected to spend over a hundred dollars on skincare or fragrance, I need to see that the products are well-maintained and clean. Dusty displays are quite off-putting and frankly, disgusting.

As a suggestion, using dry Swiffer cloths or even no-brand dusting cloths could do a wonderful job of taking the dust off individual products without the need for water, which can be tricky on such delicate items.

I hope this feedback helps improve the store’s overall cleanliness, as I would love to shop there again without these concerns.

I visited the store to make a return as the mascara I had decided to order a mascara I had previously instead of one I had purchased in store (the mascara I had been looking the purchase was not stocked at this particular Sephora). The moment I got to the counter the woman serving me asked if I had used it, I said no and she proceeded to tell me that it wouldn’t be a problem if I had which I then replied that I had not. The tone of voice used and then the way she spoke to me after this was incredibly accusatory and when I asked about another product she pointed and said have a look at these brands. The store was fairly empty and I had asked if there was someone who could help me with selecting a new product and this was the reply I got. I had also told her that I had been using a product that was not available (out of stock in store and online) and she said “then how have you been using it”. This was a complete lack of manners and service that I normally receive at Sephora stores. From now on I will order online and shop when I travel as I appreciate when the staff can share their knowledge so that I am able to try new products.

Sephora is typically excellent at greeting their customers at the door and offering promt assistance. I look forward to the experts helping me find my product. Today, for the first time ever, I walked into Sephora, around the entire store trying to find a specific product, and no one acknowledged me until it was time to take out my debit card to pay. The store is beautifully bright and decently organized, however would greatly benefit from cleaning and dusting of shelves. The checkout counter and debit machine were especially off putting due to dust and grime. I likely visited on a busy weekend with back to school shoppers, as recent reviews speak highly of the staff here.

I highly recommend this location. Their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service by the whole team. The manager Sarah was incredible. Hands down the best location I’ve ever been to.
