Hello, I want to give my opinion on these bad services based on my experience in this place. I apologize for these words that I will write, but I feel very frustrated that such services exist in a country we know as a country of freedom and democracy. I'm really upset with the way they treated me. There were two women who treated me badly, especially when they saw me wearing the hijab. Their outlook was so racist that they asked me for two ID cards to renew my health card, while in another place they renewed it for me. The health card was treated with all respect, and they only asked for one proof. They didn't make it difficult and treated us with the utmost courtesy.

Every instance I have had to renew or other service I required has always been outstanding. The ladies are helpful, and knowledgeable. I absolutely would recommend them.

This was the best experience that I have ever had at a Service Ontario location. Both staff members were extremely pleasant and professional. They helped me with my services in a quick and efficient way. I would truly disregard any of the negative reviews for this location and I highly recommend them.

Went to get my drivers license renewed. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Lovely ladies working there. Quick and efficient.

WOW they are terrible. I bought a vehicle from work. They forgot to sign the BOS. She rudely pointed it out . So i called my manager and asked if he could sign it and he said yes ( needed a signing officer), l left, my manager met me half way and signed. I drove back . She said 'you mean to tell me you drove all the way to work and came back" . I said no, my manager met me in Kemptville and signed it. She freaked out and and stated rudely, I TOLD you it needed to be from the address on the BOS. I said he works at that Bill of sale address. She said "don't worry I know someone who works there and I will call to check". I welcomed it, she walked out with my plates. THEY NEED TO GET RID OF SERICE ONTARIO. I also attempted to go to the Casselman Service Ontario branch on 3 different days this week, door signage indicated it reopened after lunch at 1pm, as 1pm came around a lady then slapped a hand written sign on the door that stated Sorry we will be opening at 2:30pm - a little late after 3 of us had been waiting there patiently for the doors to open as stated on signage at 1PM. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Is this not a government run agency? Should issues not be sorted out prior to opening times, our time is valuable too and don't deserve to be left waiting & wondering if doors will open as advertised, it is not a crap shoot.

Hello, I want to express my third experience in this bad place, I apologize for this description but there are two racist ladies especially the manager, I do not know why we pay money to this government that puts such forms in place to serve us as Canadians, I hope this place is looked into because as a Canadian citizen I have the right not to be treated with racism anywhere and under any Canadian roof, I ask those concerned to solve this problem, and if it is not solved we confirm that we will forward this complaint to other parties
