Popped in yesterday with a tire/wheel issue. Very friendly staff. They did my repair while I waited. Very informative and reasonably priced for their service. The store has an excellent selection of new bikes and accessories, but the friendly attentive staff are the reason I will return. Thank you for getting me back on the road.

Great service. I was having an issue with my son's bike, but I live out of town, and was tight on time. The Sessions team got me in quickly and even serviced the bike while I was in town, saving me a return trip. They provided great customer service while addressing my issue. Thanks again!

Di2 battery died and they were nice enough to let me charge my bike up for a 30 minutes before getting back on the road. Were very helpful and generous. Would recommend checking them out.

Great store with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to answer all my questions and gave some great advice on bikes and biking in the area. Highly recommend!

Their bike share program is troubled at best. A couple weeks ago trying to rent two bikes the first one didn't work at all, despite being charged for it. The second and third bikes the screens seemed to be functional but one of those the electric assist wasn't functional. Out of three rentals only one worked properly.

The shop was contacted and the dysfunctional bike #s reported but no refund was offered or issued.

A great idea but poorly executed by Session Sports.

Absolutely incredible service , I came in with a flat and they not only switched out my tube but also shined up my bike. Fast and friendly customer service. Great experience!!!
