Went in for a root touch-up and a trim. She rushed through the bleach application and used half the number of foils a colorist would normally use, which should have been the first sign that something was wrong. It was immediately clear that the bleach had developed for too long, and my highlights were so thick and patchy that I look like a zebra. She was also very rough when detangling my wet hair and brushed top to bottom instead of starting with the ends, which hurt and caused visible breakage once my hair dried. She cut off about an inch more than I asked for - the pile of trimmings on the ground when I stood up made my heart drop. The service was quick so I added a star, but I will not be returning. Note: cash payments only

I have long hair and have been going to Anna for years for trims and bangs. She only trims as much as I ask her to. She’s happy for me to bring my own hair brush and to get the tangles out after my hair is wet — only I can feel if it’s pulling after all. I find her very accommodating and good at what she does.

Been cutting and styling my hair here for years. She always get its right and I’m picky. Relaxed atmosphere. Small place with only 3 chairs so it’s very personable. If you want to cut, style, or color your hair in peace and quite then this is the place.
