Our experience wasn't pleasant. We had an appointment which was not acknowledged. Store is dark and unwelcoming. Choices are limited and staff was not helpful at all. We did not buy. Went to another store which was brighter and more welcoming. Bought a beautiful dress.

I have never written a review before but this place was the worst. To be fair when I first went in to look for a prom dress the lady was helping me out a lot however when I tried to place a $600 dress on hold for a couple hours she told me it’s the only dress in the store and would have to give it away which i understand however they were saying it’s amazing quality and I should buy it. Took it home the same day, wore the dress for less than 5 minutes and the sequins had fallen off all over the house. I was told the alterations are included in the price since it was $650 which is the reason I bought it. Went the following day to exchange the dress and as the owner was adding the custom colour order she over charged me an extra $50 which I didn’t realize til the next day. When I first tried on the dress it was very nice quality however when my custom colour dress came in it was completely different and we had to pay an extra $160 to alter the dress. In total we paid almost $900 for a prom dress that looks like it was $200. These people manipulate you into buying an over priced dress then scam you every time you go back into the store adding more costs without telling you from the beginning. WOULD NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

My best friend and I went in yesterday to purchase a non bridal gown for my wedding and her matron of honour dress. We were extremely satisfied with the customer service. We walked out with our dresses ordered for my November wedding in Antigua and could not be happier. The ladies were lovely. So helpful and complimentary. We will be back in the future for our Vegas outfits!!! Thank you so much for all your help and patience. We did not have an appointment and these ladies were so accommodating.

We had the best experience at Shahani. Not only they are very good and professional in what they do, the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. We got my mom’s dress as a mother of bride last year and we asked them to add a few touches to the dress and they did absolute magic. My mom looked more like the bride than myself.
