I really admire how Share operates. Their employees don’t get special treatment – they can’t buy items before customers or at discounted prices, which shows their dedication to the community. As someone who often shops second-hand, I appreciate their reasonable prices, especially since most items are donated. Share provides real solutions for people in need, helping them work toward independence. The staff is amazing – generous, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated. Every time I shop there, I know my purchase supports programs that help others improve their lives. True wealth is about compassion, and Share proves that every day.

This is a very cool place that is a lot bigger than it looks from outside. There is a lot to choose from inside at very good prices. We were welcomed there with our ESA dog and we were all treated very well. The staff was very impressed by our dog and offered her to choose a stuffy, which she did and now cuddles with it at our place in Ocean Park south surrey. Thanks to all the staff for such a great experience 😊
Lexi thanks you to...woof.

Worst thrift store in town. Donated a lot to them multiple times in the past and they acted more bothered than thankful every time and have specific rules to follow. When you go in the store, it's unorganized and cluttered, especially their furniture room which reminds me of people who hoard. A lot of items look like they should be thrown out- a kitchen stool that is not only ripped apart, but broken at the base $30.. a lot of their bikes were broken and ripped apart yet prices rather high. The clothes aren't organized at all. I believe this place is volunteer ran,but so are several thrift stores in Rutland. They have much nicer staff, prices, and organization..why is share so bad? I've lived here almost my whole life, and every time I go there it's a chaotic mess and the people aren't the nicest, given I was a bit annoyed too with their rules. If you happen to be walking around and have a backpack, don't bother coming here because they expect you to leave it in an open spot and no guarantee it won't be stolen. Funny how they seem to be worried about theft from a family with kids, but I guess that's to be expected when your shop is in a rough area. It could be handled a lot better (other stores provide safe place for your items) but the prices here over all are not worth it anyway. You'd be better off buying new off Amazon and you wouldn't be spending much more for brand new items. Who does share support anyway? I don't remember how they run it these days, but it's definitely not the same as how they began.

I don’t take this sort of thing lightly but if you are Native do not shop here!!! I’ve never been more humiliated by a business staff member than I have been here. On Wednesday, July 12/23 at around 3pm I came here with my white work colleague looking to do some shopping as I try to be as sustainable as possible. I was holding my small sized purse and was about to place my very small canvas bag I would’ve used to store any purchases I made inside of said purse when this old lady with longer grey hair came up to me and said “hi there, We have a policy where you can’t have bags inside the shopping area. Please place your purse on this shelf.” I was more than okay doing so but what made me raise suspicion was that my purse would’ve been the only one on there and they have a sign next to this shelf saying they were not responsible for anything stolen off of this shelf. So both my colleague and I were really taken aback but of course complied and proceeded into the clothing area. Not even 2 minutes later a girl around my age with a bag at least 3x the size of my purse came in shopping around so I went out of my way to ask her if she was stopped by anyone and asked to place and she said no. I explained to this girl my situation and she was equally as upset about it so my colleague and I both left because we didn’t want to support a business that profiled people and used a selective no bag policy on customers! I work in customer service myself and this is absolutely unacceptable!!! It’s 2023, you can do better.

Not bad selection - no changerooms, so couldn't purchase anything. Laying things over clothing just doesn't work, nor can I really afford the gas or bus fare to make multiple trips. As much as I support the work they do - I can't condone not offering fitting rooms. There's nothing like being victimized/excluded from society for being poor, and then being victimized again by being forced to purchase and wear ill fitting clothing.
