I highly recommend Sharpco Canada! As the owner of a kitchen manufacturer specializing in cabinetry, Sharpco is the only place I will go for my woodworking tools. I connected with the owner Joe a few years ago at a trade show with my father and we have been doing business with him ever since. Not only are the tools of high quality but the service is very personable!

got some stuff from here for my dad the other day. the owner Joe was amazing! so helpful in explaining what tools would work best for my dad, if it wasn’t for him helping me out, i probably would have gotten the wrong thing. when owners take their time in explaining something to you and making sure your happy, it really makes a difference. from now on we will only be getting stuff from here!

Ordered a dado set online from the website and unfortunately an incorrect dado set was shipped out. The incorrect set was returned and once received by Sharpco, the return shipping charges were credited and the correct dado set shipped out. Even though I incurred the inconvenience, Dimar is my preferential brand of dado tooling and the situation was made right.

It seems to be a common practice for Sharpco to rip you off when you return an item. 5 months ago I purchased a router bit ( $200+). Made a mistake on the order and returned with the intent to get the correct bit. Never even opened the package. To this day no refund at all. I have talked to Joe and he always has an excuse. I highly recommend not dealing with this company!!!
Because of this review, 4 years later now I was contacted by Joe because he wanted to settle the issue. He asked for my invoice number, 4 years later! Asked for my information, looked it up and said he had no record of the purchase. Real funny!

My husband ordered a set of router bits, Sharpco sent the wrong ones, not only that in the package was a sale flier with the bits $20 dollars cheaper. They charged him full price, we sent them back asking for the correct ones and at the sale price. They sent the right ones but not at the sale price. We will check reviews before ordering on line again

By far the worst experience ever purchasing anything online in my life.
I ordered a set of jointer knives a while back. When they arrived I found that they were the wrong size and not what i had ordered. Sharpco's sales representative, Joesph asked I send them back for replacement for the correct size. I shipped them back across the country, (which I paid out of my own pocket). Upon receiving, Joseph informed me that the size I ordered was permanetly unavailable. Joseph refused to return my payment until Sharpco's parent company inspected the item, he also refused to pay for the return shipping of the item that Sharpco incorrectly sent out.
I have yet to see any compensation from Sharpco to date and I do not have any jointer knives in my possession that I have paid for.
BUYER BEWARE!
