This local shopping mall is a pretty good place for some quick needs. They have a wide range of services and products mainly oriental and middle eastern.

Its usually pretty quiet and not crowded, and mainly businesses are local ones.

The variety is not that good, however parking is free and its indoor.

There is a huge asian supermarket at the ground level as well which has a wide range of products.

The place is pretty clean and spacious as well and it is has reasonable pricing office spaces.

This mall isn’t very old, but it feels like a shopping center from 20 years ago in Iran’s border towns. The design and atmosphere are outdated, and there’s nothing unique about the stores—just the usual shops you’d find anywhere. If you're looking for something special, this isn’t the place!

This is a new and clean mall with lots of underground parking (don't bother trying to find parking outside). The food court is kinda lame and it's not a very busy place. The video of the food court shows you exactly what you can expect.
