I've been a loyal customer for years! Love the employees!!!! I had a very unfortunate experience meeting the store owner. I returned a tea that just didn't taste right and the owner leaned into my face and said "You just don't like it!" Ummmm no. Actually it's my favorite and I have been drinking it for 10years. She replied "You just don't like it. I love it. I drink it everyday." Not a professional, polite or respectful comment to make. My husband and I both questioned her lack of professionalism and she called security 🙃 REALLY ! She told us never to come back and the customer isn't always right! Like I said, I love the staff. This is not how you treat customers or people.

Monica is such a joy to speak to. She is extremely knowledgeable and a happy person by nature. She is always moving and working happily and as soon as you approach her for advice she immediately stops what she us doing to focus on your need. Some people maybe annoyed at the interruption but not Monica. I think she is super.

The older lady I asked for assistance was super snotty. When I mentioned her attitude to another employee she didn’t seem to care. With how little help I got and the fact she didn’t have the time of day I won’t be returning.

Been shopping here for about 7 years and they are always wonderful 🙂 There are always lots of staff available to help you find what you need or provide additional knowledge. They also offer bulk order service that many people may not know about. SHF reminds me of the local grocer in an isolated community. You feel like your visiting your friends and they happily cater to their customers needs. I highly recommend getting to know these folks!

Fantastic store and fantastic staff! They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was so great, but there is one salesperson (she possibly had a German accent, but I wasn't sure). Either way, she was EXCELLENT! She was able to answer any question I had for her (and I had quite a few). She was informative and kind - an asset to the store for sure. The store is well stocked and had everything on my list. Great experience.
