I bought a bunch of items and one of the items were noodles. The top looked fresh. But when I got home and opened the package the bottom was molded blue yellow orange white grey black. It was absolutely disgusting. No expiry date on the outside. I brought it back and the manager said nothing she can do about it because I brought it home already. I didn’t care for the $3 and gas money that I lost. I cared about them still selling the rest in the fridge where other people will continue to buy it and will have the same experience.
Also manager was super rude. She followed us as if we were shoplifting. She even commented on things that we touched. Will not be coming back

This supermarket has been in operation for many years, and I feel that it is getting worse and worse. The door leading to Yuanxiang Bakery was locked, and the number of counters for collecting money has been reduced from a few to one or two. Adding goods, but the price looks cheap, and it may not be updated for a long time. The whole impression is a bit sparse. If you want to revive the original prosperous scene, you need to work hard!

这家超市已经营业很多年了，感觉越来越不妙了。通往源香面包店的门被锁着，收钱的柜台也从几个减少到一两个。添加商品，但价格看起来很便宜，而且可能很长时间不更新了。整个印象有点稀疏。想要恢复原来的繁华景象，店主还需要努力啊！

Please carefully check your receipt before leaving the store. The male cashier was sketchy. He charged me 2 extra items, costed $9.5 which I didn’t buy. Things happened fast and I hadn’t realized until I got home.

Store has two different names but exactly same as B & T. Same location. Just one in Vietnamese and other in English way. I can relate to all the reviews here. Very rude at all levels and not willing to assist with customer service.

Should be on the top list of worst store in Canada.

They are not accepting return, have to be same day for return and I living to far but this picture prove that.

For sure, I will not hesitate to rate this place 1 star, effective and professional management and customer service are definitely not found in this place. Rude in general and at different levels, and make no sense when it comes to paying by debit, your purchase has to be $10 or more! Seriously!?

Be aware of additional random items or double charged. I forgot my card in the car, run out to grab it back in less than 2min, paid and check the bills to find out 2 more random items being added and 1 other item got double charged. I wish it's an accident but doesn't seem like it. They refund it right away without asking any questions so I find it sketchy.

Lady owner is the rudest human being I came across, does not care about customer service. I bought few items and was waiting in line to pay when she came out of nowhere and proceeds to tell the cashier, "people like this you don't have to serve them". I was floored, I haven't said anything to her nor do I know her personally, didn't know what I did wrong. I later realized that it's because I bought only few items that she didn't want me as customer.
