Customer service was great—no complaints there. Luckily, I’m familiar with the fragrance world, but the prices were honestly shocking. I understand it’s a business, but I was genuinely taken aback. If you're new to fragrances, please do your research before purchasing.

I walked in the store and was greeted right away by one of the employee. She’s very polite and professional. She’s a delightful Asian girl. She’s very knowledgeable about the products I asked her to show me. She’s very enthusiastic. Customer Service at it’s Best!

It was my first time in this Amazing shop, a gentle lady Elizabeth attended us she was so kind and patient as well as very professional. Will definitely visit again and also recommend people to visit. Also the they have a huge collection of branded perfumes. Purchased a lot because of the service.

If I could leave a negative 5 star I would, unfortunately google wont allow me to rate this place the way it deserves to be. All of the reviewers saying this place is filled with con artists, are true. Super disappointed with the way they scammed my younger cousin out of $50 for dropping a perfume that was covered in a gross oily substance (clean your testers!!! Ew) when she picked it up & slipped out of her hands, mind you the bottle was already almost empty and the staff bullied her into paying $50 as a “break it you buy it policy” in which there was no signage or manager there to enforce this, just mean girls who seen girls younger then them and took advantage. Steer clear of this mockery of a perfume store if you want genuine products and genuine service.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Leo, the manager and his staff are scammers. They make it sound like you are getting a deal when, in fact you are not. The young girl that served me and my fiancé gave us a bull crap speech saying she could use her discount to give us a better deal. She lied saying the perfume was $150.00 when it was priced at the bottom of the perfume for $120.
My fiancé finally paid $113. When we got home I looked on Amazon and it was only $47. We trusted these people but I wish we would have looked more into this perfume store first. Lesson learned.

Let me explain why this store is a scam.

Now if you don't know anything about cologne or perfumes I heavily advise you to read this. This store prays on people that don't know much about fragrances cause those are the people they can fool the most into buying whatever crap they can try and rip you off on. When you walk into the store, if your a normal person your probably gonna look for some designer fragrance that you may have heard of or have seen somewhere else. Once you tell the sales representative (scammers) the fragrance your looking for, they are gonna tell you one of these BS lines.

- There is sale going on today for the fragrance you want
- They can give you their employee discount or some extra
discount
- That there store is cheaper than other places (trust me I have only seen one reasonably priced fragrance in this store)
- That they have some better alternative fragrance imported from some other country (they told me London) that they can give you for an amazing price.

Now the last point is important to pay attention to cause its where they are going to scam you the most and make the most money. They will make it sound like they are giving you a great alternative of higher quality to the one you were looking for, (they told me it was imported from London).

Don't listen to a thing they tell you. They want you to buy the alternative cause its cheap stuff they bought online and are reselling as expensive to people who aren't aware. This way they can make a bigger profit then selling regular designer fragrances.

I asked for prices for Armani code Parfum and YSL Y Le parfum and this lady suggested me these two colognes(look at photo).

Ocean Noir I can't lie was actually decently priced (even though they made it seem like I was getting some amazing price), and it actually comes from a real cologne brand which does not sell junk. However even after looking online I can not find even one review on this Unbelievable Noir she suggested(which was overpriced).

Something I also learned after searching on the internet is that many of the colognes they have sitting on the counters are from this brand Glenn Perri. Glenn Perri is a cheap fragrance brand trying to be perceived as expensive. As someone who spends alot of time watching videos about colognes I have never seen this stuff ever be featured in a video (if you do buy one please just look at the price online first).

One last thing, the reason they have no website to show prices of colognes is because they are making up the price based off how much they think you would pay.

First and last time I will ever be going to this place. Costumer service is pretty much non-existent. Walked in there and was barely acknowledged by the multiple employees in such a small store. I was genuinely interested in buying a cologne but felt very unwelcome and just left. Would recommend management taking better care of their costumers as they will lose multiple if not all. The reviews about this place tells you the truth.

I've visited this store multiple times, and while the selection is diverse, I find their pricing to be consistently higher than what I see online. They often try to convince customers that their prices are justified, but I always end up finding the same fragrances at a much more reasonable price on trusted online platforms.This price discrepancy is hard to overlook. If you're willing to pay a premium for the experience of shopping in person, this shop might work for you, but if you're after the best deals, online retailers are a far better option.
