One of my favourite stores on Orfus road. I mean, there’s always some sort of of sale going on and they always have the better deal. Majority of the Sirens branches don’t have the same sale, I don’t understand why but I can always count on this branch for the better deals. I believe the quality of most of their clothing are great and the price is just a big bonus.

Came to this store to exchange some clothing per their own policy ( Stated at the end of the receipt). Long story short, the manager wanted to extra charge me for items I already paid for. Horrible experience and waste of time!. Manager needs to get training on math and customer service. Will never come back

It was really bad experience, when I bought clothes I ask cashier can I return it if it’s not fit she said yes of course you can, but when I came to returned she said no, only exchange, I said like, I just bought one week ago, it’s too big and I didn’t like it and you said I can return it, and she very rude said me I never said like that …. They don’t have fitting room, and you can’t try it before you buying and there is no where you can see or hear that they don’t return it … the owner is scam. Don’t buy here anything the owner is SCAM.

Came here tonight expecting the store to close at 9pm however I was told I need to leave at 8:44pm. Put back $100 worth of clothing and off to Fairview mall tomorrow.

I understand that nobody wants to work a minute past 9pm but drove 30 minutes to this location, spent 1 hour in the store gethering clothing just for a woman to give me attitude saying they are locking the doors.

This location sucks!

I am giving a five star rating because of one of their employees Kevin at the Orfus Rd location. He went waaay far above and beyond to resolve an issue I had experienced! If you have an issue, believe me, there is no need to worry, they will be sure to resolve it! Thank you again for providing five plus star service!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I bought a pair of thigh high boots from here that was on the sale rack under 20 dollers on boxing day. When I went up to the cash the price changed from $20 to $27.90 . I should have took that as a sign cause what happened next is beyond disgusting. I annoyingly paid for them and went home. I wanted to wear them for new years so I didn't end up trying them on a couple days after I purchased it. To my surprise I found out that the boot were noticeably different lengths. I'm telling you an inch or so. I inconveniently took a tax back to the store not to get my money back,just to get boots that are the same length. There I was greeted by the most ignorant manager ive encountered in my life.I explain my situation to her at first she blew me off then helped 4 other customers before even addressed me . After waiting 20 minutes just for her to talk to me she rudely pointed towards another co worker with her back faced towards us saying that she will help me. So I waited another 15 mins ( keep in mind the whole time my cab is waiting for me) frustrated , I politely asked the other worker how long she is going to take . Then she replied " I'm sorry how can I help you." meaning this " manager " didnt even tell her to help me in the first place. Long story short I didnt get my boots exchanged , had disgusting customer service experience, wasted 50 bucks on this whole drama just for it not be resolved . THIS STORE HAS DEFAULT AND LOW QUALITY ITEMS AND IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. I also recorded the whole situation and will make the video public if I do not get a full refund now for wasting my time and money. Also when I asked the manager her name so I could make an official complaints she ignored me..... ALSO YOU CAN TAKE YOUR MADE IN CHINA BOOTS BACK!!!.

Another truly horrifying orfus road store. The lady was staring me down the whole time because im a teen. They need to chill because i ended up buying nothing because they were so annoying. Also, their clothes smell like rat poop and I think they sprinkled some mustard on them because they really stunk bad. NEVER GO HERE
