J'avais de la difficulté à trouver les souliers de course en sentier que je voulais, mais je les ai dénichés sur le site de SkiUphill-RunUphill. Comme je préfère utiliser un magasin privé plutôt que Amazon, j'ai décidé d'acheter mes chaussures à partir de la boutique en ligne. J'ai été agréablement surprise quand mes chaussures sont arrivées accompagnées d'une gentille note en français!!! Wow! J'adore! Et les souliers sont aussi parfaits!

Recently I broke the ratchet-strap on the mid buckle of one of my vintage Scarpa Maestrales. I tried finding a replacement at multiple shops in the Calgary area (including MEC) with no luck. It was suggested that I put in a call to SkiUphill in Canmore. I sent them a pic and the specs on the boot and yes, they had the part and offered to ship it out pronto! Since Canmore is not far from me (I live in beautiful Bragg Creek, AB) I decided to bring the boots in because my liners were near death and I figured I'd look into a new pair.

Upon arrival at SkiUphill a friendly tech had the new part on the boot in no time and we proceeded to look into liner replacements. Checking out a couple other brands confirmed that I wanted to stick with Intuitions. The fitting process was highly enjoyable! The staff provided refreshments and I socialized with other happy customers while tweaks were made to the fit.

I used the online appointment booking system which worked well. I high recommend it as that way you get the full attention of a knowledgeable boot fitter.

The first day out in my new Intuitions was a 6hr tour. The fit was great…no suffering whatsoever.

I found them online while searching for the Adizero Evo SL (sold out pretty much everywhere!). I placed the order and got the delivery 3 days later, and it even included a nice handwritten note! Nice touch, Alena! By far a better experience than buying in any of the big sporting goods stores in Canada.

Super helpful on getting me into my first touring set up. Shipped to Ontario with no problems and was fast. After coming to bc to tour in the pass I ran into some binding issues which they took care of for me with no hassle. So they deserve 6 stars really for stellar customer After care! Awesome guys highly recommend. Gear even came with a hand written letter

I live in interior BC and needed ski crampons for a trip I was going on in 4 days. The only store that I could get the right size and model at was ski uphill. The staff at ski uphill were super helpful and drove the crampons to Canada post before it closed and paid for my expedited shipping! So thankful to ski uphill for making sure I had these for my trip ☺️

Just wanted to say that this place is the best for boot fitting. I went in to the shop and got some Intuition liners for a pair of boots.
The staff is absolutely amazing. Even the people that weren’t helping me kept walking by and asking me if I needed anything while Jacob would do mods to my liner or help other people while I waited. The result is nothing short of pure comfort in boots I’ve had for a while but never used much thinking I had bought that were not for me.
It was a great experience as usual.

I bought a box of Karakoram bindings from their online and they only shipped the right binding with missing parts in the box to me. After complaining with them and the official website of Karakoram, they found that the left binding was left in their shop as display. They undertook to sent me back the binding. However, I believed that they only sent me the left binding without the other missing parts. Luckily the Karakoram official contacted them and reminded them to send me back other missing parts. They then send another box of the missing parts to me.

The most disgusting part was, they used the cheapest way to send me back the missing binding and parts and it cost me another one month to get me full bindings.

Besides, no official apology was received from them. I will never buy any equipment from this irresponsive shop.
