awesome place to get a vape, the manager is a very helpful guy and has the best products in stock! I got my vaporesso xros 4 nano here, I couldn’t be happier with the experience as I’m an ex smoker and staff walked me through how I should use my device with salt nics. Now I can rest assured that everything will work the way I want it. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone in town, I’ll definitely be coming here again when I need some new pods. 10/10 service.

I come here often with my partner and the staff is always welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. The atmosphere is inviting and the store is kept clean and never has a big line-up. The prices are also much better than my area (Sherwood Park) so I take the time to stop by when I'm visiting my partner in Devon. Thanks for your service, Small Town!

Good store. Has a broad spectrum of all kinds of things. Staff is great, knowledgeable huge selection of disposables. Glass is pretty decent and cheap. I assumed a mediocre experience from the past reviews here. Obviously alot has changed here since. 100% will be back.

Friendly staff. Good price. Very clean store, also wasn’t expecting how nice it was inside.

Went in there today, young guy behind the counter seemed annnoyed that I wasn’t sure of my exact vape model, (Yes, should know). I pointed at the unit in the display case and said that one and he gave me the cartridges needed. He asked If I needed a receipt and I politely declined. I walked out the door and opened the box and realized they were the wrong cartridges. (Never opened the sealed pods themselves, just the outer box). I went back in immediately and told the fella they were the wrong ones. He said I’m a snarky voice, “That’s why it helps to know”. I apologized and he took the pods I had and grabbed the right ones. He went to the till and rang up the new ones and I asked if there was a return or something and he said rudely “Eell, you never asked for a receipt, so I can’t do anything for you”. I told him I was just here 3 minutes ago. He said “nothing I can do”. He then gave me attitude when I asked for my unreturned wrong cartridges. Total poor attitude and very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, I had a great review here and service before and had used this place many times, I will NOT return. I will drive further and support bigger outfits. They have lost my families business. (4 of us).

RE-EDIT. Had a great response from the owner here that cared about his stories integrity and reputation. Went in and was treated absolutely fantastic by Levi. Got some things and went on our way. Although the service the one time was pretty harsh, the other employees are nice, knowledgeable and respectful. Took a bad thing and made it right, that shows everything.

I wish I could review this place without giving it a star. The staff has no knowledge of anything they're selling. They're rude, uneducated and very unfriendly. Their products are extremely overpriced and outdated. All of their vape juice is oxidized and out of date. The employee wouldn't even open a display case to give me the price of an I was inquiring about. Don't waste your time coming to this vape store. There is a far nicer one up the street.

great staff! fairly good selection of anything! these guys have always gone above and beyond to be helpful and get you what you need!

Edit: I've revised this down as the staff no longer is as amazing. Usually they are talking with their friends rather than helping customers. 1 of the guys was very rude when asking basic questions and while they are decently priced they are higher than many other vape stores in devon and edmonton. Plus their glass is so over priced its laughable.
