Horrible. This location was perfect - local and convenient. However due to poor planning, this smart centre suffers from severe congestion and traffic. Not sure what the heck this city was thinking. Lets build MORE houses and townhouses but not recognize that there are limited around of streets and roads in the area. Now, the city wants to put high rise buildings. PATHETIC. Smart Centres and the City need to SMARTEN up.

Parking is very organized and flows, there is ample parking for what seems to be necessary. The larger building is empty now but otherwise there is still a good variety of businesses from dental, nails, hair, to food.

There are many stores available, mostly food locations and some personal businesses. Parking lots do get full but there is always some space available if you're willing to walk.

Great experience taking in Sunday afternoon NFL football. Our waiter, Brian, was amazing. When we sat down he quickly came over to our table and asked if there were any games in particular that we were hoping to watch. He then offered us the opportunity to participate in a store pool to pick the winners of the games. When I handed him in my pics oh, he recognized my name. I had only been into this restaurant once before about six weeks ago. He advised me that I had won the pool that day and presented me with a $50 gift card. Brian went out of his way to make us feel very welcome. I come all the way from Cambridge to Vaughan. I will definitely be making the trip back again.
