Walmart hasn't cleaned the buggies in 2 days. I was here yesterday and today with the amount of buggies in my way. I'm in a wheelchair and it's hard to move the buggies out of my way so I don't get stuck mud & grass. I was there again and more buggys in my way. It hasn't changed.

Could have been more well designed for the convience of people walking but oh well like the dollar store and like having thoes stores in one are so I can't complain much.

update 2 years later, it is still a design preference for cars. Foot traffic has no importance here it seems
