N'hésitez pas à vous informer sur les sentiers et leurs conditions. Possibilité de louer également des patins, skis alpins, parmi d'autres équipements. Belle trouvaille dans la ville de Banff.

I just can't stress it enough, keep your receipt if you're paying with cash. My experience with this place was excellent , really nice guy that I was dealing with , treated us well!
My only complaint is, I paid for 2 rentals (1 pair of Skis and 1 pair of Snow Blades ) and used my debit card to pay with, they called us 5 days later telling us we only paid for 1 rental. How can you not match up receipts when I paid with my debit card? I can see if I would have paid cash and things did not zero out, but paying with debit , you be the judge.
I would have given 5 stars , but after they accused me of only paying for 1 rental and paying with a debit card, they should take responsibility and keep a better record, that's not happening.

This place has everything you can think of in terms of renting really surprising. I forgot the name of the lady who helped me, but her knowledge and service was top notch I haven't seen service like that in a long time, and she was very understanding. I hope she owns her own store one day. That's how awesome she was. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had to drop by the shop unexpectedly after a derailleur failed on a trail. The technician there helped me right away, fixed the issue and shared some useful tips. You really can’t ask for more! Will definitely stop there again if I need anything bike-related.

Great experience renting skis for my daughter from Snowtips-Bactrax. Amanda made sure the equipment was the right fit. We took advantage of their rest-day policy, and they refunded a day of rentals when we returned the skis early.

Very friendly staff and great customer service. We stopped by their shop to rent some ice walking cleats. Their prices were very reasonable and staff was very accommodating of our special requests.they have a store full of stuff to rent from mountain bikes to skis. They also had some used equipment for sale as well. Overall a perfect place to buy or rent your winter or summer gear.

I took a bike into this place today with some general questions. The two individuals in the store answered every question I had, and both were really friendly.

They even helped me with sizing the bike correctly and adjusting minor things.
