I was shocked and disappointed to find multiple loaves of bread with visible mold still sitting on the shelf at this location. This is unacceptable, especially for a grocery store where food safety should be a top priority. I expect better quality control from a major upscale retailer like Sobeys. Please take this seriously and ensure expired or moldy products are removed promptly—customers deserve fresh and safe food.

Amazing service! The florist Jana was so helpful and amazing. Has a very good eye for flower arrangements! Showed me all the amazing options they had, couldn’t be any happier. Got great service i never knew existed!

I'm extremely impressed with Hanna in the flower department at Sobey's. She is super friendly and incredibly talented with flower arrangements. She took my simple arrangement of 12 dozen roses - adding some green foliage to it and rearranged it and turned it into this extravagant professionally done absolutely beautiful bouquet. I brought it home as a Birthday gift for my Mom and she was amazed. Thank you Hanna for your attention to detail, you friendliness and professionalism.

My go-to store. Produce is always high grade, fresh and crisp. Their late hours make them so convenient. Usually they have good sales. And, worth mentioning that the late night staff are welcoming and helpful.

Trevor (I believe to be the Manger)went above and beyond with customer service! He was patient and actually tracked down all the products I asked for! Very accommodating and very pleasant experience. They have a great selection and quality matched with customer service! I enjoyed my experience at Sobeys Ancaster.

one of my favorite stores although the ready made meals could use some tweaking and more focus in fish station iv been in and some customer left sliding freezer open. didn't trust it

Terrible customer service. Staff not knowledgeable on food, nor prices. No one is a fan of being told ‘this is not my area’ followed by no help. Expected more from this place, especially given wallet gouging grocery prices! Disappointing.

They overcharge often on fruit and veg (weighed by kg/lb).
They are rude when you ask them to check.

The Better Business Bureau or some authority should fine them.
