I politely asked a male employee a simple question, and when he said he couldn’t hear me, I just repeated myself a bit louder. Instead of answering, he just walked away. When my partner tried to explain, the guy came back and seemed kind mad for some reason? It felt like an unnecessary reaction since we were just trying to get some info. Luckily, another employee helped us out and gave us the answer we needed. That’s all we wanted from the start.

They used to have great sushi, but it’s gone downhill lately. Not sure what’s happened, but they should go back to the way it was. ☹️

Apr 17 - Bought a roast Chicken for supper Chicken was DARK Brown= Upon cutting it up - Wings had been over cooked to the point of no eatable meat - Dark meat was dry as was the White Meat - We have had Roast Chicken from Sobeys (for about 5 Yrs) once or twice a month. This one was the WORST I have ever had.

I was in Sobeys in lloydminster today and picked up an item that the tag said it was on sale. When I went to pay the item did not ring up at the sale price. A staff member checked and there was a sale tag on it, but I was told it was expired and so they wouldn't honor it. Which is a load of crap because I worked at a store owned by sobeys and we ALWAYS honored the price, then removed the incorrect tag.

Absolutely terrible customer service and even worse store policies.

$7 for tiny organic raspberries container. Tasted old and mostly squished. The container is coated in a slippery chemical. This should not be legally labeled as organic

Stopped to grab a number of items while staying in Lloydminster. The store seemed quite clean and well stocked. There was a good selection of fresh produce. The staff were kind and courteous.

Cashiers are friendly and there is always good produce and meat selections. Only thing I have found dissatisfying is the fish department.

Worst experience ever been shopping here for a long time. Came in with my backpack as I always do and the old lady customer service stopped me and harassed me in front of all employees and customers saying that I wasn't allowed to shop with my backpack and I had to leave it behind the desk assuming that I was going to put items in my back and steal things, probably because I am a young black woman I promised her I wasn't going to steal anything and that she could walk beside me as I put items in my shopping cart. However, things took a turn for worse and she kicked me out of the store and told me not to come back I am very sick and have a hard time getting out. I do not have a car because I cannot drive medically. I did not appreciate being kicked out of the store in front of everybody
