I'm giving a 5 star rating to the sales associate Hannah that was working closing shift on Thursday evening of Oct 22,2021. It was a busy night but she greeted me and my family. Got all of our MANY sizes in a timely fashion and went above and beyond to make sure we all of our needs were met. Answered all of our questions and was such a nice person! I look forward to returning to your store soon.

It is the worst store I’ve ever seen. They sold a winter boot with the sale label underneath for 104.99 to 139.99 plus tax. The didn’t accept their mistake. Don’t waste your money on them. They told me it’s the final sale but it wasn’t on sale anymore and they hide the truth as they just wanted to attract the poor customers. Even a one star is too high for them

Nice store and helpful staff. Always greeted and very friendly. It's not entirely accessible if you have a wheelchair or walker... lots of stuff everywhere with little room to move, especially if busy. Products can be pricey, but they do have good deals from time to time. Often, I find they don't have my size in shoes/boots, which sucks.

I don't even want to give a rating of 1. Ugh
I wet into soft moc sudbury 2 times, once yesterday and then today.
Yesterday experience - clerk took info to go get moccasins I was going to buy. I waited over 10 minutes at the counter for her to return which she never did. I had to leave and asked one other clerk that I could see around what was going on only to be told the clerk forgot to look for my shoe. I said never mind and left.
Today I go back to get the same shoe and a male took the info to go find the shoe and I waited 20 FRIGGEN MINUTES and when he FINALLY came back he said, I can this colour....which was NOT the right colour. I LEFT...I AM DONE. HORIIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
There were 5 on staff and the whole time I was in the store I would only see 2 in the store front - one on the floor (and that wasn't often) and one on cash. At 3:10 this afternoon there was at least 8 customers waiting to be helped.
Ridiculous!!!!
I'll take my business elsewhere now.

Horrible experience! I received a pair of moccasins for Christmas.. I attempted to return the unused shoes with the gift receipt. They refused to exchange the shoes because it didn’t have the generic “soft moc” box that the shoes were sent home in. The shoes were clearly unused and had the purchase stickers on the soles of the shoes. As the moccasins were a gift, I did not have the box. The Soft Moc assistant manager was extremely rude and refused to even look at the receipt and refused to help in any way. I would never shop there again! Buyer beware!

I came in looking for blundstones and to do some looking around for gifts a while ago. I was pretty surprised by the dress code of the staff as some of them were wearing hoodies and crocs, pretty sure the manager was wearing crocs and a pink roots hoodie as I heard one employee call her the manager. I wouldn’t have known they were employees if they weren’t behind the desk or putting back shoes. I feel like the standards of in store employees are pretty low now. Disappointed.
