Purchased a 2025 Suburban last weekend from Zach and Garret, the customer service we received was some I have never experienced before with purchasing a vehicle. We live 3 hours North of Fort Saskatchewan and were able to make a deal over the phone within 24 hours, they were the only dealership that didn’t have us waiting around for answers. They were phenomenal. When I came to pick up my new car everything promised was complete without flaws, the hand over of my vehicle was extremely quick. Paid $3000 for 3m installation. Was given no direction how to take care of it. The 3m started falling off after 3 months and I was told it was my fault. After months of talking, the only offer I got was to give me $500 dollars back and take “the worst of it off”, not all of it. The issue was never resolved. These photos are from late October. You can image how bad it looks after being in an Alberta winter. I will post updates when I have a clean enough car to take pictures of.
