Last week, I bought a used car. It was in impeccable shape and I'm very pleased with it. My experience in dealing with Eric was very comfortable. After the test drive, I made an offer by text a few days later. All negotiating was done by text. I appreciated not having the usual used car buying experience of sitting at a desk for 20 mins while the salesman has to "check with the manager". It was very easy and efficient.

Had an unexpected warning message on my 2023 Ram. Its a work truck thats vital to our small business. Called the dealership and they said they could check it out immediately if I brought it in right away. Also said I might try a closer dealership to save the travel since it was still under warranty. Stopped at a Chrysler/jeep dealership near my house and was told maybe next week. Seemed incredibly disinterested…
Made the drive to Oakville and was greeted warmly and the truck went in immediately. Less than an hour later it was fixed under warranty-no charge.
The difference in the attitude between the two dealerships couldn't have been more evident.
Kudos to the front of house staff and the mechanics for getting me back on the road and keeping me from losing a days revenue.
Much appreciated and proves my choice of purchasing and servicing my truck here was a good one

Amazing customer service from Tim the Finance Manager. He was able to get me the best financing rate and also the right aftermarket products to protect my new truck. He’s very Knowledgeable and patient because I had a lot of questions lol. Great dealership!
