I would give 5 stars but I not longer fit there TaShirts, this is my fav store but they should really carry plus sizes. I love their body jewelry selection, and novelty items. Would love to work here someday.

Recent trip had bf and I ask a member of staff if a certain product was in store. They check computer. Upon return they disclose they checked the site, Including American site (btw, they only have an American site), states they didn't find it and say "we don't carry the item". I interjected stating they did once as my silicon plugs were purchased at the same time just 3 months prior. They remained set on stating nope, never carried. I simply asked whether perhaps the item had been discontinued to which they stated nope, never carried. Upon inspecting the earing turn boxes the item we were looking for was RIGHT THERE.
Honestly, for someone providing customer service she seemed to care less, would not accept responsibility for their misinformation and created a fire Hazzard by have a large box on the floor blocking a main aisle. The vibes we got were as if we were bothering her and she could care less. Sad when the customer proves the employee wrong and they still do not acknowledge anything. No wonder I rarely shop here....

The people working at Spencer’s are extremely rude and arrogant. Looking around the store, I was accused of shoplifting and was being watched and having photos taken of me by the two women working at the time. After looking around the store, security showed up to question us further. Furthermore, no one asked if we needed any help.
Worst customer service yet. I’d recommend shopping online if you don’t want to feel personally attacked.

The staff are friendly and will help you find what you're looking for. They have great selection of shot glasses and a variety of other items. Honestly a great experience to shop here.

You never have any good Punk Rock bands on vinyl. Go there, don't see a single Green Day album, no My Chemical Romance, no Panic! At The Disco, but yet, all I ever see is Fall Out Boy
