👉🏻 The store carries some great brands, including Arc’teryx, though the selection is somewhat limited. However, I appreciated the quality of the products available. The second floor also has some excellent items on sale, which is worth checking out if you’re looking for a good deal. 🔝💰

👉🏻 The customer service here is top-notch. The staff are friendly, helpful, and truly care about finding the right gear for your needs. It’s a great place to shop for winter sports equipment! ❄️👏🏼

The people at the store go further than fitting a shoe to a foot; they fit the shoe to the whole person and the purpose it’s being used. I’d highly recommend the store for both its products and its level of expertise.

Camping in PEI this summer, I had broken the two poles of my old tent and the staff and owner of Sporting Intentions did the maximum to temporarily fix the poles with the most appropriate repair splints they could find to to allow me to pursue my camping journey in PEI. They were very helpful and
knowledgeable. This store seems to have everything for any outdoorer and I would be for sure a regular customer if I lived in the area.

Vers good service we where looking for à 6 places North Face tent we found it there, never the less we where refered by a very nice costumer centered employée from SportCheck ( they usually cary the product but not at that particular location. Tanks Paul, you deserve à New Rock band T-shirt, that is professionnal.) That d'oestrogène Takeshi away the very Goodyear service we had this moraine at Sporting Intentions, the sales person was very attentive to oui spécifiés demand , and her manager, i think he was, was also very helpfull.
These 3 person today gave us the service a vip would receive.

Just went into the store because I was curious to see what they had and the worker followed us the entire time making us uncomfortable and felt like we were doing something wrong. This is the only time I have ever had this happen to me and this is the only review I have made of any place because it made me so upset. I understand that it was an upscale sporting store and they have expensive things but that doesn’t warrant them following us around. Not at anytime did this particular worker ask us if we needed help.

VERY disappointed with the customer service. I received a Christmas gift from my son of a pair glerlups. He had picked the brand, style and colour thoughtfully with me in mind but unfortunately because of sizing conversion it was one size too small. I attempted to exchange them but my required size was not available and was told it couldn’t be ordered in until possibly September! I was told I could not get a refund ( I had original receipt) only a store credit so I would have to use my own funds to obtain the original gift. There was another style (not my preferred style) in my size so I reluctantly took that style and then was charged an additional $10 for the style difference. In a nutshell I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store unless your were 100% sure you would never need to return it.

Wonderful, modern store. Lots of fresh, current merchandise throughout the store laid out in an easy to find way. Really friendly service but not overbearing but easily available to help or answer any questions. Tons of parking out front. Enjoyed my visit & made a purchase and will definitely be back.
