Service très lent. Il manque de vendeurs et ceux présents ne bouge pas trop vite. 25 minutes pour aller chercher une chaise pour ordinateur.

I went to Staples to get a photo clicked. They clicked my picture and kept me waiting for an hour for physical copies while the person there continued taking new customers and sending them away. When I asked they had lost my picture and asked me to get clicked again. This was when I was standing right in front of the person only to get ignored for following rules and waiting for an hour. Horrible service.

Just took a photo for a passport. Was super quick, the guy taking the photo was very nice, he made sure I come out right on the photo as per requirements of pasport photos. He took his time, made several photos, selected the best.

Returning large package for refund.to US.....2 staff members appeared to be not too knowledgeable ...resulted in cost of $471.00 to ship back. I DONT THINK SO.! sorry..we did not proceed....
Went to competitor..cost $128.no problem!!

Avoid at all costs. There's Never enough staff members here. Terrible customer service cause they are so short staffed and annoyed. Half of them don't even speak fluently enough to converse properly.
I have been there to inquire about printing services for them to tell me it would take 4-6 business Days to get something printed off. Went to the staples on the hill and did it in 5 mins....
Disaster shipping with FedEx through them. The woman at the counter was so busy she hardly had enough time to spend with me. I told her I wanted to ship through Purolator and she shipped it through FedEx and now my package has been lost. Expected delivery was yesterday, and now it's telling me that it hasn't even left Sudbury. Fedex has no live agents available so it's impossible to speak to anyone about my package.

I gave my information to the woman on the phone, she said she would inquire with the manager and then call me back in 5 mins. 3 hours later, no phone call. Very unprofessional.
I simply won't use this store anymore, there's other office supply stores in town... Don't go here.

My family went to this location to have 200 memorial cards made for my mother's funeral. My father proof read everything before the cards were made and recieved the cards full of spelling mistakes. He then had to drive from Onaping back to Sudbury to have them re made - ON 3 MORE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. We have been trying to get these cards for weeks. We finally got them fixed and spelled correctly on the 4th visit. Their excuse for all the mistakes and the 500 cards that we now have to dispose of ourselves was "we've been busy"

If you need any printing involving text DO NOT go here, the staff are clearly incompetent and incapable of copying text onto a computer. The service is deplorable and we will never be returning. Thank you for the nightmare and all the wasted time and money you have cost my family. I hope this review at least saves other people from experiencing the same hell we have had to endure dealing with this place.
