The service was incredible I told the staff exactly how I felt and what was looking for and they gave me 3 or 4 options for two different moods. They were bang on.

Very reasonably priced and the most knowledgeable staff in Angus. I’m looking forward to my re-up already thanks so much guys!

I am a single mother and I was hoping to get something for my postpartum depression I just moved here to Ontario and as soon as I walk in the lady behind the counter yelled at me no kids in here ! I get maybe for safety reasons that no children should be in there but as a single mom dealing with postpartum and having no one to watch my son cause I am alone it was very hurtful the way she told me this. There is a way of talking to people without making them feel bad 🙁 I am trying my best to keep positive but people like this really make me sad . I left crying and already feeling depressed I feel like this could have been handled better 🙁

Nice store but horrible customer service. I'm almost 50 years old but was denied service because I didn't have my id, felt so embarrassed. Was told very rudely to learn the government rules. Crazy thing is the guy before me wasn't asked for his id. For the owner don't hire wannabe club bouncers get employees who are approachable, can deal with people of different backgrounds, greet customers with a smile, assist with making a purchase and I'm sure your store will do well.

Update: Returned to see if I could get a copy of my receipt and was impressed by their ability to provide an original. They were really nice about the whole situation...but make sure you have the legally required receipt before leaving the store.

Prepaid pickup, employee removed receipts from exterior of bag. No receipt inside. Make sure you have the receipt, required by law, before leaving the store.
When I called to ask about missing receipts, I was told they always remove the exterior receipts but a receipt should have been in the bag. He went on to tell me that most police will see it's a legal purchase and let it go, even without any receipt. Not impressed!

This place was amazing had what I was looking for and more, the budtenders were extremely knowledgeable and helpful unlike the 2 other shops i went to 2 minutes away (where they were rude and didn't know much) I would definitely recommend star buds to anyone as I know I will be back many times again.

Great staff that listen to your questions that are helpful to inform you on your personal knowledge of cannabis… when they save it’s a judgement free environment ( very true ) you will receive complete truthful advise and also help you understand CBD as well, benefit if you’re not looking for THC

This place has been the difference for me and will have my support because they don’t make them like that anymore in customer service!

Decent place never had an issue til I did my first online order today, got a text saying my order was ready for pick up went and essentially the person working had no idea where the product was, went to check the status of it online and now the order doesn’t even exist….not impressed with that one

This is my preferred place in town. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The female manager sorry I forgot her name, was awesome even called me to help. Highly recommend.
