We bought the steam ranger steam generator machine for our steam shower. AS longtimer lovers of steam, knowing the health benefits, we were excited but also cautious as we had heard many stories of machines malfunctioning, even from the big brands such as Kohler and Mr. Steam. That is why, after a lot of research, we selected Steam Sauna. Supporting a Made in Canada product was only a small part of our choice, but it was nice knowing the product was made locally. Specifically it was the build quality and service that we were really "sold" on, and this proved to be the right choice. Our machine is reliable and extremely powerful. We are delighted with the performance of the machine, as well as the small but thoughtful details such as the small tray to put essential oils in the steam. Committed to making the customer happy, a previous employee replaced a failed steam controller with one that required the installation of a temp sensor.

Because we were not living in this place full time, it took until we moved in to discover the steam generator would continuously pump steam into the room until it became unbearable due to the lack of the required temp sensor.

It was probably a year after the original replacement when I realized this issue and reached out to Steam Sauna.

Between the efforts of Steve and Jeff, they were able to correct the issue and got me up and running.

Great Service. The company that I bought the unit from Saunacore was not willing to send anyone out to service the unit because they don't do service calls. STEAM SAUNA sent out William they tech who was GREAT and solved the problem. Thank you for your prompt service and professionalism.
