Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend
I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this place. I was initially attracted to this place because of their good reviews and top rating, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They completely ruined my wedding suit by providing the wrong size, despite giving them my measurements multiple times.

To make matters worse, there was no effort to fix their mistake, no apology, and absolutely no accountability. It’s hard not to wonder if this happened to me because of my skin color or some other bias, but either way, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was appalling.

Avoid at all costs.

Their employee Christian was amazing to us. Very thorough, helpful and honest. My hubby was able to find some dress shirts that he is excited to show off. They have a wide selection and a wonderful atmosphere reminiscent of shops my grandparents would describe. Truly a Timmins treasure.
