I was referred to this shop by a family member, they told me it was a really good and reliable shop. This was my first time dealing with them and I put a lot trust into what I was being told by the owner. I had to use a rental vehicle for the time being that I was paying for through my insurance, this was the first time I’ve ever need a rental vehicle and I had a certain period of time that I was able to use it for. When I first got the rental Tyler told me that they were waiting on a part and wasn’t sure how long it would be until they would get it so I told Tyler that I only had a certain amount of time with the car and that I still had time to go switch it for a cheaper vehicle that I could have for longer but he told me not to worry about it and that he would deal with the insurance company and that he dealt with this all the time. The insurance company would call me updating me as to how much time I would have left with the car so I called Tyler to update him and half the time I couldn’t get a hold of him and when I did he would tell me it’s just their way of scaring me and that he’s dealt with this before and so I trusted him (like I said a family member referred me and I trust that family member and this was my first time renting so I was trying to be very cautious). I ended up going past the date I was supposed to return the car because Tyler said he was handling it which nothing ended up being done and I was slapped with over $600 in charges for my rental. When I presented it to Tyler he said there was nothing he could do about and pretty much washed his hands after I had been for months trying to keep this under control. I am very disappointed and would not recommend.

The service and quality is of work is. Impeccable!
Going above and beyond.
Brought my gmc terrain in to have the tailgate painted ( done with perfection)
Tyler even brought my terrain all the way to Alliston to drop it off where I work. he notice coolant leaking from my terrain ( it was a result of a broken clamp on my rad hose.
Tyler then offered to get the part and new coolant and he fixed it in the parking lot so I could safely get home..... that was way beyond customer service!!!!!

Greg and Tyler were great to deal with. I had accidentally removed some paint in the driver side door jamb of my 2018 Ford Mustang GT while detailing the car. Greg did an amazing job repainting the door jamb. You can't even tell that it has been repainted. The paint match is spot on and the door doesn't show any sign of ever having been removed. The pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. If you want the best in the business this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

This shop is hands down one of the best shops I’ve dealt with. The customer service & expertise is second to none. They squeezed me in when I was in a jam last minute & fixed me up in a matter of minutes. Thank you for helping me with my rattling heat shield. I would recommend this place as one of New Tecumseth’s best & wouldn’t hesitate to take my vehicle back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an excellent experience getting my tailgate and front and rear bumper repaired and repainted. We walked in to get a quote on the spot, were able to book in a timely manor, and were pleased with how quickly the fixes were made. The best part was the customer service. The guys were such a pleasure to work with and so understanding and accommodating! I am so happy I chose to go here instead of the dealership!
