Our first visit to Structube as we explore furniture options. Staff were friendly and assisted with our needs. There is no pressure and many options to consider. We have not made our final decisions but they have a few that are high on the list. Free delivery to the door.

I purchased the NEBRASKA sofa bed 2 months ago for $1000~. The foam cushions have lost all support and are sinking in so much that you hit the frame below while moving around. To make matters worse there is no way to replace the foam besides ripping the cushions open.

Upon reaching out to customer support, I was advised that I was experiencing "Buyers Remorse" and returning the defective couch is not possible.

A clearly defective product and the response I get is a slap in the face.

The couch I purchased 6 years ago from this brand was excellent and lasted many years. Now? absolutely pathetic quality control. Don't bother playing the quality lottery and stick to a brand that actually helps their customers when their product is defective.

Edit: The response below is what you'll get from the warranty department. Nothing of substance.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service at this location. I came in after receiving horrendous customer service at Tepperman's in Ancaster (feel free to read that review, it's worthwhile if you're considering shopping there).

Unlike Tepperman's, when we approached Jennifer at Structube, she was very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. We ended up ordering a couple side tables, no deposit required. We were informed it will be ready by next week which is a very convenient timeline. Although I cannot speak to this product quality as of yet, I have high hopes based on our experience today.

Management, if you are reading this, give Jennifer a raise.

Customer service was excellent. Was given accurate in-stock and delivery days at time of purchase. Tracking information for delivery came 24hrs before and was accurate. Ended up missing a few minor pieces for the bed frame, but the store ordered them right away and they were shipped directly to my house and received less than a week after receiving the bed frame.

I am extremely disappointed with Structube’s customer service. I never expected such unreasonable delays and inefficiency from a company of this size. I purchased a defective bed at the end of December, received it a month later, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I am still waiting for a proper solution—more than two months later.

The defect is obvious: faulty legs and sides, yet Structube has been unwilling to make a decision, as if I were making up the problem. I have sent countless emails, tons of images, and even recorded videos clearly explaining the issue. Every time I reach out, it feels like my case is treated as a new ticket, and instead of a resolution, I just get another request to “send another picture.” It’s a never-ending cycle of delays and excuses.

I chose Structube for its reputation, expecting reliability and good customer service, but this experience has been nothing but frustrating. I would never have imagined that a company could take this long to resolve a simple issue.

If you value quality service and efficiency, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The Ancaster store is well stocked with all the current products found on their website, making it a great location to try out an item you are considered purchasing. We had 3 different chairs we picked out on the website that we were thinking of buying and we're very happy to be able to sit in each chair and make an informed decision on our purchase.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, without being overbearing.
We ordered our chairs online and received them within 7 days, which was earlier than expected. The delivery service was excellent.

Structube is a very good for affordable furniture with creative furniture design. One problem I faced delaying order. I know they told us that we can cancel order anytime.If there is one month delaying it's ok but this is huge. I order sofa on Dec 31st we have been told for march we can receive sofa. I called on 31st march they told us it will be come in inventory 3rd week of April. After that delivery company call us and give us a date. I guess I have to wait until may..😔. Because of I like that sofa very much I don't have any options because I dont like anywhere any sofa. I know company will do their best. And we have to be patient's in this Covid-19 time. Thank you so much structube for the amazing design in future I will definitely order for in stock inventory. ✌️

I just bought one of the sideboards they sell and it is not a good quality cabinet and the same will probably apply to most of the pieces you find in Structube stores. 🤑🫣🙄☹️

only 5/8" thick particle board structure...laminated , with visible scratches and some glue residue on doors, difficult to assemble, heavy to transport from the store by myself as they will not deliver it to me..I live beyond the city boundaries...?! really🙄
Quite annoying to deal with this furniture and it's deficiencies when buying from Structube..almost as annoying as Amazon!!!!

I include actual images of the piece when I opened the box, if I find the way to attach them here, so you can decide for yourself if you wanna deal with Structube store and with what they offer?!..regards
