Absolutely avoid this place like your ex mother-in-law.
You can't actually purchase anything from the store, and have to wait weeks for your item to be delivered to store. Assuming it's only weeks and not months. Then, once it arrives it's already broken. Then they tell you to get a replacement will be another few months because everything is "out of stock". They must be making a fortune on the interest of holding your money.

Absolutely avoid this place. It is an upscale, inflated priced IKEA. Crap furniture and crap service. Do not even waste your time entering.

Use this brand and store at own risk. Purchased a bed in 2023. The bed broke down in 2025 Jan. I reached out to the harmony road Oshawa store manager Stephanie to help me. She told me to reach out to the online folks. Online folks asked me to reach out to her. The staff at the store was so unhelpful and extremely upset that they were working on a Sunday. All I needed was a pair of screws. They kept juggling me from their store to the online folks and vice versa. I wouldn’t buy this cheap furniture, it looks good but the build quality is extremely poor. Always go for IKEA over this brand. My IKEA beds have been lasting for over 4 years now.

There were 4 SA and they don’t even make eye contact let alone smiling or greeting. They have a huge collection if really nice stuff but the SA’s attitude just throws you off bc it felt like I was bothering them.

Order finally arrived May 13, was ordered Feb 16!! Went to finally pick it up after work, and the store closed at 6! On a Wednesday night The only store in the smart center that closes at 6!!

I'm absolutely ecstatic with my first ever purchase at Structube Oshawa. The sales lady was so super patient as I gathered possibilities, measured, investigated fabric options, set them to tables, and sat on every last one. These chairs are price comparable to every store I investigated (which was all of them in Durham Region) They are super solid and well...georgeous! But you be the judge!

Not recommend Structube Oshawa to anyone.. They are least bothered about the customers.. They just want the business.. once you have ordered the items and paid off they expect us to call them and book a delivery..Actually, it is their responsibility to deliver the items when it is ready.. not the customers to call them n book the delivery..if u don't call them n book a delivery then u will be sitting and waiting for the delivery.. very disappointed with the service they provide.. The attitude the manager was showing when I called and asked about the delivery was unexpected.. never gonna go to that store again..
