I have lived in sturgeon going on a decade. In the last 10 years this county has deteriorated by poor management and horrendous decisions

I could go all day about the employees under the tax division and the road division. Both are run by, what I can only assume at this point, absolute morons looking to line their friends or their own pockets.

Taxes, property tax assessment, mine usually sits around 50k over bank assessment and I have accepted and not complained for years. This year, I was contacted around 8 months ago regarding my assessment, I forwarded the banks assessment for them, they disregarded it completely and instead added a 100k to the appraisal. Have called and talked to multiple people. All they say is we will get back to you and then I have to call again as they never follow up when they say.

Road work. Joseph, you know I call you a liar, flat out. Over and over. Stop lying to the people of this county. I do not like being lied to. It ignites a rage like no other. Our road voted against being asphalt but the county pushed it through anyways without taking into consideration the people that physically live on that RR and promised it would not effect our taxes, 4 months later that was proven to be a lie.

I am fairly certain that they have given the road contract work to their friends. The quality of road work is disgusting. Our road, that is not even 5 months old, has half crumbled away. In the middle and on the sides.

That stupid billboard at the main intersection heading out to the industrial heartlands. If someone didn't get fired over that idiotic waste of money I will be annoyed. Let's put a Neon blinding billboard on a black highway

This county is run by 🤡🤡. I really wish I had bought elsewhere
