Le foyer sentait tellement du cigarette des fumeurs stationnés directement hors les portes d'entrée. Cependant, les chambres sont propres et privé. Des fois, je peux entendre des enfants qui crient et jouent dans les couloirs, mais ce n'était pas un problème grave. Le déjeuner gratuit était simple, mais il y avait autant de choix mais pas assez pour les gens végé.

The hotel is fantastic, rooms are kept clean daily. The staff are very friendly and professional. Bhavini at the front desk made each and every morning a sparkling ray of sunshine with her positive attitude and bubbly personality. 10/10 will definitely be returning to this location whenever possible.

Nice clean rooms but...
There was only 1 staff member who would even talk or acknowledge you. ,(actually quite friendly) The manager just looks miserable and just stares at guests. There were other staff or family members who wouldn't even greet or say hi. ( Yes I said hello with no response) The breakfast is horrible . Poor coffee , warm sour milk and empty food trays sum it up . With a little effort this could be a rather nice place to stay . If you need a clean place to sleep I would recommend this place . As far as a warm welcoming hotel with a standard hotel breakfast, not here

Myself and my colleague recently travelled through Sioux Lookout for work and due to unfortunate circumstances (cancelled flight) stayed at this newly renovated Inn for the night. Its located away from downtown area so it was exceptionally quite. This is extremely clean establishment and the front staff is nothing but helpful. The receptionist Bhavinj went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were very well put together, spacious and clean. Bed was supper comfortable . Each room is equipped with a coffee maker (coffee and hot chocolate provided). The bathroom was clean ( fresh towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner included). Continental breakfast was included which made out life a bit easier. Thank you again to staff for going just that little step extra for your guests.

Didn’t plan on staying as we were just passing through. We ended up staying and visiting with family after 6 years. It was also the anniversary of my grandma passing. Had a small family gathering. |Got the room, paid a deposit of $200(ok fine with that) but didn’t go up until late as we helped with the preparation of the dinner.||I was so exhausted from being on the road since Monday July 29, 2024. My boys and I came down from Saskatoon, Sk. Got to the room and pretty much crashed out. Woke up to a sore throat, no the ac was not on as I turned it off before going to bed. Woke up to a sore throat, I do have a weak immune system due to health issues, odd but oh well right. I started getting ready for the day. And that’s when I saw the mold on both ends of the tub. |When checking out I did inform the front desk of the mold. He was not fazed about the mold issue. He tried taking $100 for dog poop and a dirty floor mat. I had forgotten to do a quick check of the room before departing the room, honest mistake plus when you have kids you tend to forget some things, I had offered to go back up to the room to pick it up(it was hard poop not runny). But still $50 for poop and $50 for a dirty bathroom floor mat that already had the stain on it along with a couple other towels. I did get $150 back of my deposit.||But I will not be staying there again. No, nope, nadda

Very polite friendly staff, nothing short of awesome and understanding! Newly renovated rooms are amazing as well!! And I love that they had the AC going before we checked in, nothing like walking into a nice cool room and check in eas a breeze too!
We've had the ladies who are cleaning the rooms, clean our room very nicely and were understanding of my children's messes, I clean for the most part but they had no problem coming and doing a sweep and mop, extra pillows! The front staff gave us some bowls for our room, todays morning staff was about to close the complimentary breakfast but my youngest decided she did want toast after saying no 100 times, and he let us come in and make some toast and told us to take our time.(soo very appreciated, i would of had a crying toddler on my hands if he chose to say no and stick to their set time) Super polite very friendly and clean! Not crazy loud either, other then my bunch but no one has complained or been rude. I would 100% book here again ? I love walking around and being greeted with smiles and hellos, from staff and guests

The room service is very good but on the other hand, the self-serve breakfast has a lot to improve since things run out and they don't serve them again. Sometimes I can't get anything from the dining room and no one changes the bags in the machine today. cakes

We stayed in the newly renovated building. Clean room with all the amenities needed. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast had a number of options, I enjoyed the pancakes, sausages and yogurt. They also had cereal, oatmeal, muffins, fruit, boiled eggs and hot chocolate, tea, coffee or juices. Would stay here again the next time we visit. Thank you for a warm welcome to Sioux Lookout.
