I purchased a brand new hummer from Sunshine Coast GM. Although I had many local GM dealerships near my home, I chose to take a 2 hour 30 minute commute with a ferry ride to do business with Sunshine Coast GM. My local dealerships would give me one price on the phone and another in person. In addition, they would use high pressure sales tactics such as saying my deposit was non-refundable in order to secure a deal with me. The folks at Sunshine Coast did none of that and I was very impressed by their full transparency from start to finish. I did not pay a cent more than what I was quoted over the phone!. I was referred to David Schneider from one of his happy clients. David found me the exact vehicle I was looking for in record time and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. In addition he went out of his way to give me a ride from the ferry to the dealership and gave me a full VIP treatment when I picked up the hummer. It was clear to me that I was not just another customer to David but a client he wants to do repeat business with and he made sure we were fully satisfied before we left with the vehicle. I also want to thank their sales manager Patrick for getting me the best deal possible and finding ways to help further lower the cost of purchase even after I had already accepted the deal at a higher price. This dealership treats their clients like family and that was very evident to me when I was there picking up the vehicle. I look forward to working with David again and I highly recommend Sunshine Coast GM to anyone who values full transparency and no pressure sales when shopping for their new vehicle.
