Chambre propre et literie très bonne. le personnel est à l écoute de nos demandes. Il y a une petite salle de sport (qui a ravi mon fils) et un spa. L'hotel est entoure de tim, DQ, pizza ce qui est pratique si on veut manger sans reprendre la voiture.

Lit très inconfortable et douche sale

We were given a basement room. I was expecting a ground floor room, as I always travel with a dog and ground floor rooms are where the pet friendly rooms are. I was told by the staff that this was Expedia's fault as they booked me into a basement room. The basement room was not the issue as much as there is NO RAMP going down the stairs. There is also no elevator. So you are expected to carry your luggage up and down. What would happen if a guest had a disability This aspect should be made clear on the hotel's advertising so guests are forewarned. Had I know this, I would never have booked this hotel. We had a lot of luggage as we were on a month long trip. Bertha at the front desk was kind enough to offer to help carry stuff down, The TV remote did not work, so we had to ask for another. Overall, the room was not terrible, aside from the dinginess and lack of light, but I would never stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family (three bedroom suite) and had a generally positive experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the spaciousness and the addition of a balcony. However, the breakfast could use some improvement. While the pancake was tasty, I was hoping for more warm options like fried eggs and sausage. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement in the breakfast offerings.

Very nice little hotel
All the staff were awesome
Beds really comfy
Very clean.. the hallways staircases were clean as well.
Check in was super easy
The breakfast could have included sausages other than that it was great. The employee in the breakfast room was always checking that every option was well stocked and everything was fresh.
Great value for what we paid for the room.( $135)

3 bed room is incredibly big. Definitely would recommend if staying in the area. The receptionist was extremely kind and welcoming. The cheap price is an added bonus to the hotel experience.

My son was married in a small two day multicultural wedding on the September long weekend. Our family, mostly from BC, stayed at the Super 8. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms quiet, the staff friendly and helpful. Best of all was the gazebo and picnic table under the trees behind the back parking lot. I had a room with a kitchen with a door opening onto the parking. I brought long chairs, tablecloth, appetizers and beverages. For two evenings my family was able to gather there with food and drinks, laugh and tell stories. It was perfect! Then we would meet again in the cozy breakfast room in the morning. Weddings are so busy and so nice to have a quiet area to gather and relax with family.||Thank you Super 8!
