Le personnel est très courtois et attentifs au besoin des clients. Les lits étaient très confortables et le petit-déjeuner extra: œufs brouillés, saucisses, pain, bagels, muffins. Il y avait également des oranges, pommes et yogourt.

I truly do adore this hotel, I come to Lloyd for work a LOT and always end up staying here, the desk ladies are always such a pleasure to work with and you honestly couldn't ask for a more comprehensive breakfast spread for what it is. I've stayed here I think 6 or 7 times now so this is a true review lol. Beds are comfortable, housekeeping is ON IT and there are always fresh towels when you come back. The lemon water and cookies at the front are always a nice touch.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Pool and hot tub were experiencing issues with temperature so next time I would check before we travel. We went with our kid's hockey team and didn't encounter very many other guests. Staff were great! Very accommodating of our group.

The room was clean and warm, the tub very deep and relaxing. The ladies at front desk were great, one was in training but trying very hard. I had a cat and it was an easy check in. The only thing that was odd was how small the bath towels were. Anyone bigger than a woman’s size 4 would have a hard time fitting in them. They were big enough for me, so I’m not complaining personally. Internet was great. Overall, would recommend, especially with pets.

I got dinged $100.00 for a damaged duvet which they didn't tell me till I saw the receipt and had to go back in the hotel and see what the damage was, they showed me a picture with a tiny bit of blood (they said) at the edge of the duvet (hmm, I am still wondering how it could of got there). So, it's their word against mine. Do better by informing the customer before removing from the room, or leaving a message to contact front desk. It showed me to always take pictures of everything in the room from now on for proof. The young lady who worked the front desk was sweet and understanding, but that's about it.

Clean, good enough breakfast bar.
SMALL TV , like seriously upgrade.
And fought to turn it on or change channels. Got new remote, but still not great tv experience.
Bed was lumpy but still Clean.
Felt there was enough pillows for 2.
Could have more towels.
That bed spread on top, smells like it's never been washed. That went off right away. Didn't know the pool was open. Would of been nice to know.

Preface location, nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot. Nice pool and hot tub. Water slide was not one when we stayed but we had the pool to ourselves. ||I will be returning next time I visit.

This hotel messed up our reservation the minute that we arrived. They lied about the pool hours. Ice machines didn't work , cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. It took half an hour to fill the tub. We found crunchy underwear in the pool area that was stuck to the floor( been there for awhile). Staff was not very polite except for Ashley and Ivy. Our pet was supposed to be included in the price , It was a central reservation issue, but the owners wanted their money. It's too bad because , we will never stay at this hotel again. There is much to learn about customer service here. You have lost a customer. Pls do yourself a favor and do not stay at this crack infested hotel.
