Dispendieux pour une nuit, mais très propre et confortable.

This property is a terrible eye sore when you drive up to it, it almost looks abandoned. When we arrived, the office was closed and we had to go to the gas station next door to get a key. I was handed a form to sign and initial and there was no explanation or time to read what I was signing. The air conditioner was blasting when we walked in and there was no explanation anywhere of how to operate the temperature. It was either too cold and loud or too hot. The beds are lumpy and to top it off we found a small bug crawling in our bed on the second night. On closer inspection, there was stains on the sheets that looked like small blood spots, likely from these bugs. We did report the bug in the bed with a note beside it asking that the bedding be completely changed on both beds. We received a note back that night on the bed that said "Done, sorry about that". So while the bedding was changed, there was nothing done to compensate for this. Each morning the hand towel that we left by the sink (because there were no towel rack) was removed from the room without being replaced. It was a good thing we were only staying 3 nights as that is all the towels we had. The shower head was dead, there was a small stream of water coming out but if we tried to adjust it, it sprayed the ceiling instead. The coffee pod in the room was "replaced" with green tea on day 2 so that was the end of the coffee. We needed ice and there was an ice bucket in the room but each time we tried to go to the office to get some, it was closed. We went to the gas station and they tried to help by taking ice out of their soda fountain machine for us. On the second night we arrived back with nowhere to park. They have fewer stalls than rooms so we ended up parking in an abandoned part of the compound. On our morning to check out, the office was once again not open. We went back to the gas station and he took our key and wrote down that we were gone but he couldn't actually check us out or give us a receipt. When I asked him to make a note that we wanted one, he said I would need to call the office to request it. I asked why he couldn't give the front desk the message, he just argued that it wasn't likely that they would respond. I guess he saw my annoyance and must have made a note because I did get my emailed receipt a few hours later.||The only good things about this stay was the fridge was clean and running, the water in the bathroom tap was hot and the motel is relatively close to the lake where we were fishing. This stay will be a "never again".

Wonderful stay! We were in town for a hockey tournament. From the appearance of the outside I didn't think we would want to stay here, but the rooms have been renovated and are quite nice inside. The room, including the bathroom, was modern and clean. The breakfast setup at the diner was great too. Friendly staff.

Was a very clean hotel, with exceptional staff that were very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was at the Cafe, and it was delicious. Ended up ordering off the menu at a discounted rate and it was delicious! Was a great overall experience.

We were pleasantly surprised with this property. It is conveniently located as it is just off the highway. |It is next to a gas station & huge convenience store which has a cafe.|SUPER clean and spacious room, laminate flooring & large screen TV. |The beds/pillows were SO comfortable and we appreciated the clean white linens.|The bathtub area is nicely tiled and had lots of hot water. Fluffy white towels.|Breakfast was offered at the cafe next door and we were able to pick pre-made items and coffee.|There was only a few things that we would have liked….there was no microwave or clock. The desk chair was ripped & the lounge chair was stained otherwise we would have given it five stars.

My stay here was pleasant. It is a nicely renovated, quiet small town motel with a very quick check-in process. (I booked online) There were a couple of small fixes that could be made to one of the rooms I stayed in, but nothing worth writing about. I had a great sleep, and that is exactly all I needed from this stay.
