Excellent customer experience. Very friendly and helpful store clerk upon entry I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. He led me to the items and had a friendly discussion he was very sincere. They are fully stocked and have many items that you need when other Stirling stores are closed.

Love the staff and the store. They are always willing to bring products in if they don't have what I am looking for. They go above and beyond. Being a previous business owner myself the importance of Customer Appreciation is so very important. You need to have that connection with people in a small village. Keep up the good work everyone.

When this place opened up, my grandmother was super excited and I was really happy for her as she no longer would have to wait for me to take her to Belleville during the weekends as I live and work over an hour away and only get to see her on the weekends. She loved the staff (the girl at the front) she got well treated, got a place to park her scooter and even a chair to sit when she got tired inside. But now my grandma tells me she won't go back to this store as the staff has changed and so is their behaviour. Prices have gone up, cleanliness has gone down and overall her experience has gone from great to bad. Really disappointed, here's another great idea that was poorly executed. We will stick to going to Belleville, this way I still get to see her every weekend.
