Iam giving 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars only for Kayla she is one of the best managers I’ve dealt with , and giving 0 ⭐️ to the store manager she is very rude and blunt , no help from her at all also when I was cashing out she didn’t even ask me if Iam a prestige member I had to mention this to her so she can give me the 10% . What a manager wow she is on the floor not even trying to show her customers a matching items or offering to start a fitting room by the way I was the only one in the store , So disappointed to be honest ( I work in retail and I know what a great customer service is ).
I ll stop by only when Kayla is there she is gold ⭐️and she knows how to deal with her customers .

Staff were incredibly rude, wouldn’t allow me to exchange a scarf I bought 1 minute ago (because it was damaged)
The clothes here are all damaged and the staff are passive aggressive.
If you decide to go here, know that you won’t be able to exchange or return anything, even if it’s damaged.
Go to another location!

I used to be a loyal customer at this store, but I will never shop at Suzy Shier again because of this.

Very bad experience with cashier. Cashier charged incorrectly and when we asked for refund, gave us coins which were not Canadian dollar. Didn't apologized for their mistake and wasted our time. Cashier was not courteous.

Poor customer service
Bought jewelry from this location and cashier says we are out of bags and have me a kitchen towel paper to put jewelry in!!;never in my life I had a store putting jewelry in kitchen roll!! The store can't even afford to give customers paper bags for jewellery? Its pathetic

First time shopping here and had such a bad experience. I stood in line at the changing rooms for 30 mins and there were only 4 people ahead of me. 4 out of the 7 rooms were being used to let customers try things on. Once I tried on a pair of pants I was unsure if I liked the style of them but thought maybe if I try them properly at home in an outfit it’ll look better. I asked the cashier if there were similar style pants and she pointed me to a pair and asked if I wanted to try on. I said I couldn’t because I have to be somewhere and there’s a line up and she told me “no worries. You can try them on at home, you can always return” and I clarified with her multiple times before purchasing that I can return and she said MULTIPLE times “yes, return within 14 days no problem”. So I went ahead and bought the pants. Once I realized one didn’t fit me and the other I just wasn’t a big fan of I went back to try to return. The same cashier who helped me the first time told me they don’t do returns, only exchanges or store credit. When I said she helped me and that she had mentioned they do returns, she said “I think the person helping you last time got confused”, so she took the pants back and gave me store credit. I contacted customer service and wanted to know if there’s something they can do for me. Calling leaves a voicemail for them to get back in 2-3 business days (which they did eventually and the lady said to email). I emailed the same they I left a voicemail, and they said “go back with original receipt and get money back”. I did that showing email as proof and the cashier told me they can’t refund me the money as they can’t take the money off the gift card and to contact customer service as they can override it. Emailed customer service again and they never responded. It’s been multiple weeks now and nobody has contacted me back. I am very upset as these pants were not cheap and I wasn’t even sure about them in the first place, only got them because I was told I could return if I needed to.

Sold a torn dress and wouldn’t take it back . Customer service is at its lowest. I wanted to exchange a dress for which they made me travel 50 kms and said no in the store. Did not apologize for first selling damaged product and then wasting my time. Staff is rude. Had amazing experience with other locations . I dont suggest vaughan mills location to anyone.

2024: 1/5 - How hard is it to post a sign up at your entrance OR by the changerooms that you are only taking cash today?

Also, that was B.S. what you told that one big guy who complained that you were closed all morning...that was not true as I passed your store earlier (in the late morning) and it was open.

How hard is it to mention to people that are trying out your clothes, that you are only taking cash so we will not waste our time since you were not taking gift cards, credit, debit, today?

We were checking out clothes for my fam until I heard some guy complain about you only taking cash only. We had already wasted time in your store, very appreciative to that big guy for alerting us so we did not waste more time, though that really should have been your store staff who alerted customers either through signs or letting us know...not a very customer service oriented store...
