WORST customer service experience of my life! Would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve never had a business owner cut me off when trying to make small talk and sarcastically respond when I said it was my first time in the store. I’m literally appalled at how this woman berates her own customers. I will never visit again due to vile and degrading behaviour. Based on other 1 star reviews, this woman has no respect for her customers, and I wish I knew this before visiting. Such a shame because the younger person at the counter was very helpful, but I would never support someone who treats their customers (and probably their staff too) as terribly as this business owner does. Just to add salt to the wound, I was double charged for two items. I go out of my way to support small businesses but this isn’t the only baking supply store around, not to mention everything here is sold online at competitive prices. Will take my business elsewhere and NEVER return to a place run by someone so disrespectful and just plain mean.

Had such a lovely experience here!!! The service was phenomenal and the selection is on another level. Everything was extremely well organized and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and provided a lot of wonderful tips and ideas for an event I'm currently working on.

Literally the only place I'll ever shop ever again.
