The treats and bread from this bakery are so good! The staff have been very friendly every time I go in, and they have a great selection of sweet treats, fresh bread and some savory snacks as well.

On a whim of my daughter’s Google search we came here.
Ordered mini cream puffs and white chocolate mini cheesecakes
The mini puffs were a bit dry (I should note we went late in the day so that could be why a bit dry) however otherwise they were great.
And the mini cheese cakes while I love classic gram cracker crust this was more like a cake mix it was great - but the cheese cake was extremely light, fluffy, excellent goodness. Don’t know if I’ll get a chance to head back but definitely worth checking out

The customer service at Sweet Caroline’s Bakery is amazing. We recently had an event and had ordered two sheet cakes. When we went to pick them up there had been a miscommunication and the cakes were not done. We had 3 hours until the event. The staff called the owner, Joanne, and Joanne said no problem, they would fulfill the order in time. We didn’t think it was possible, but the staff assured me, if Joanne says she’ll get it done, it will be done. Sure enough, Joanne and her team delivered two beautiful sheet cakes, just as we ordered; beautifully decorated and delicious! We were all amazed!! It seemed like a miracle!
Joanne and her staff handled this so professionally and kindly and delivered cakes that were definitely a hit as the centrepieces of the event. Many thanks to Sweet Caroline’s Bakery. I highly recommend their service and delicious products!

**Update - so the response, like all other responses with low ratings, is its the customers fault. Just read the responses… “sorry you didn’t like our version of cream cheese” “thank you for pointing out what we are” zero accountability. We literally threw away the rest of the cake even before I reached out to voice my concern.*** I don’t care what you post on here… that was NOT cream cheese icing, I know the difference.

I’m disappointed ☹️ to be honest. I ordered a Red Velvet Birthday Cake, I specifically asked if it was cream cheese icing and was advised that yes, it was… we got regular white icing which was extremely sweet and not what we asked for.

I’ve had Red Velvet cakes from a variety of bakery’s over the past 20 years or so and it’s pretty standard give or take slightly varying tastes.

Also, there was a custard in the middle which we also were not expecting and unfortunately the Birthday kid does not like custard so this birthday cake was a complete flop… very disappointing. The candle in the photo was not included…

I will say, the cake was decorated very beautifully and we were very happy with how it looked. The Red Velvet cake itself was delicious, everyone enjoyed that part.

I called to discuss and I got “we always use cream cheese icing for red velvet” implying I was not truthful or I don’t know what I’m talking about. Even when I picked up the cake the staff was not friendly and I felt like I was bothering them.

Furthermore; I called to voice the concerns expecting the business to perhaps make some small good will gesture to make good on the issue and all I got was “yeah, sorry about that, bye”. Had the business made good on the error I would have held back on my opinions with this review, as it can hurt businesses but when I wasn’t given the time of day and a yeah sorry with the attitude I’m busy and need to get off the phone… I won’t be back, I’ll drive to Kelowna for a cake if I have to.

Lovely little bakery that serves a variety of treats. Very popular and thus can get pretty busy, but staff are polite and professional and handle queues with speed and grace. This was our second time ordering cupcakes for pick up for our kid's birthday parties and both times the cupcakes were a hit with guests of all ages.

Highly recommend their cinnamon rolls as well!! 🙂

Stopped in at sweet Caroline’s on the way from Kelowna to Kamloops. This is my new favourite spot. Gorgeous, European style baking, endless temptations, even gluten free options. We got lots of things, but the vanilla slice was my favourite, I literally had one bite in the parking lot and had to actively stop myself from shoving the whole thing down my throat to save some of the enjoyment for home. Everything else we got was so tasty, too. They even gave us two free cookies for my little boys. Great service, amazing treats - will be back every time we make the drive.

Great place food was delicious. They gave me a sample cookie which forced me to buy 12 after. Be careful of their crafty marketing.

I've heard a lot about this place online. Enjoy checking out different bakeries around the world.

We stopped in got a couple different cookies and a lemon tart. Felt the quality was very low, the tart crust was like something you would buy from the grocery store and make at home. Not something you would expect at a specialized bakery.

Not impressed with our purchase, went over to Superstore and bought a bag of cookies that were much better.

Glad others like this place, but we will not be going back.
